I’ve been using this salon for a few years now and honestly can’t recommend it enough, I suffered really bad with acne and I had a few different combinations of treatments here ranging from microdermabrasion and micro needling with the amazing Maryna, I now feel so confident with my skin, I can’t thank her enough, also I been having laser hair removal on my legs and bikini, 3 sessions in and I literally have no growth still got 3 sessions left! Highly recommend.

For the laser treatments I just wasted my money. I had 6 sessions, 2 areas on my body, they booked me every 4 weeks which the minimum should have been 6 weeks between sessions for the laser to work. My fault for not doing my research before. Of course the treatment was ineffective. It did nothing after the end of all 6 sessions. I asked them for a refund or a re-treatment for at least one area and fix their mistakes. The rude one who answer to the messages said there`s nothing to fix and didn`t assume their mistake. Very unprofessional and rude. I don`t recommend to anyone. Don`t waste your money here!!

I have received the worst customer service from the receptionist. I am guessing it is the language barrier of the receptionist, otherwise, she would have been more respectful. I had an appointment, I have clearly mentioned at my arrivals that I have got a voucher that i have purchased online, i was told to enter and i received my first treatment/session. When i contacted the receptionist to book for my second session, she told me that in my first appointment. No one has asked me to share the appointment voucher/code and i should have presented anyways. She said the fact that i didn’t do so, she call me nasty behaviour and accused me of theft. I have never received such comments from a person like this in my entire life and the fact this was from the receptionist to a client i hope this message gets to the owner and an action should be made toward the rude receptionist immediately. My reaction was not to argue over the phone and instead I contacted the place where I purchased the voucher and received a refund for my voucher. This behaviour should not be tolerated and if you experience this harassment please speak up. We should never allow such a bad treatment. this has effected my whole day.

Ive had multiple treatments for laser hair removal and despite moving to another area in London refuse to use another salon! The staff are accommodating, their service is top notch, the machine they use for the laser is virtually pain free and they offer incredible deals :-) would highly recommend!!

Professional, helpful, caring and excellent service all around. Maria kept me informed as first time ever doing this type of extraction and microdermabrasion treatment. Would defo recommend and will be coming back. 👍🏾

I purchased a Groupon Voucher with three microdermabrasion sessions, plus oxygen infused facial and it’s a total waste of money and time. Very nice lady that was doing the treatment but overall I was done after 20 minutes, I started at 10:05-10:25 I was out there, which is the quickest session I have ever went to. Won’t go back to redeem the last two as it’s just a waste of my time for travel, money and parking. Very disappointed:(

Thank you for your feedback- and the lies in it. I have a proof of my claim as I was sending messages before - and right after my treatment so please save yourself from dishonesty. It is not ok.

The laser hair removal is amazing and I saw dramatic results on my first visit (underarms) and will be getting further body parts done! It is also extremely great value whether using Groupon or not.

I've always found the staff very friendly and the lady who does the hair removal is really sweet. The place is so clean too. Highly recommended.
