It was my first time and it was an amazing experience. The women made me feel so comfortable and gave me so much support when it came to handling the pain because of the wax. I will be returning. So amazing 🤩

I have been visiting Elizabeth ross for years and to this date never had a wax better than how they do it here. very professional and friendly service done immaculately each and every time. If they are busy they will literally call you back if they miss the call which is great.

I have been going to Elizabeth Ross for years! And it is clear to see why I haven’t changed.
I usually get a Hollywood wax and absolutely love how professional and friendly the staff are (Tijen, Laura and Chelsea in particular!) My waxes are so quick and somewhat pain free. The rooms and clean and well equipped (although small but this is not a problem at all!)
The owner/manager is also fantastic and he always communicates with customers and he is very much present in the establishment.
I recently did a Shellac manicure and pedicure for the first time and Helen was fantastic - it was a good price too! Lee also clearly has loads of loyal nail customers too.
They offer a wide range of services and I highly recommend!

I went there today with my daughter. I asked howmuch is the hair cut by pointing my daughters hair just 1 inch trim.The lady said 20 pounds. She cut my daughter's hair very short 1 inch and charged us 30 pounds.They are scammed people.Dont go there .I will never go there.I believe in Karma for 1 inch her 30 pounds.This is joke

Lovely friendly staff, have every treatment you could ever want from head to toe. Very accommodating.

My first choice salon for quality mani/pedi either Shellac or regular nail paint. Electrolysis and waxing is also great here. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and there’s a good range of appointment times. Been coming for about 8 years and always leave happy :-)

Great price, quick and efficient pedicure, the technician was very precise in ensuring my French pedicure was perfect 5*

Had a cut and blow dry. Very happy with the result, great hairdresser knew what he was doing. Would have been even better if offered a coffee. But overall very happy with my hair and stylist :)
