Barnetts

I visited Barnetts for the first time today and Kat cut my hair. I have been looking for a good hairdresser for ages and Kat was really good. She was polite, discussed exactly what I wanted and cut my hair really well, quickly and how I'd asked her to cut it. Overall, I had a really good experience of Barnetts and I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. I was offered something to drink from every member at least once. I saw Ruby for a hair colour treatment and wash,cut and blow dry. I am in love with the end result and she was very helpful in helping me choose a colour right for me. I would definitely go back for any other treatments. :)

Kat did a beautiful job at turning my bright red hair into a beautiful dark brown colour 😍😍 i recommended Kat because she is super helpful,friendly and clearly has experience in dying hair. (The red hair is before and the brown is after)

Absolutely amazing salon. My go to salon shut down recently because of Covid and I've been looking for another. Kat did the most beautiful job on my highlights and I couldn't be more grateful! It's one of the best haircuts and colour jobs I've had in a while for 2/3rds of the price of other hairdressers. Thank you, I will be coming again!

Very nervous visiting the hairdressers at the best of times due to disastrous haircuts in the past but Kat immediately made me feel v welcome, as did all the other ladies in the salon, fantastic haircut, Kat actually listened to me and gave me a lovely haircut. I would therefore highly recommend Kat and the salon for being clean and tidy. Thank you !

Worst colour of my life by Kat, I wanted a caramel colour blended into my hair, I got red and tiger stripe blonde. You shouldn't have to get used to a colour, you should love your hair when you leave the hairdressers. Then trusting Kat to fix it to break up the original copper colour which I did not want, now with tiger stripe blonde which was not blended and looked bad. Worst thing I had to pay for both? Why should I pay to fix something I didn't like? Even though neither was what I wanted and looked horrible. Where is the customer service? Now have spent so much to fix it at a better salon. Pay more and go somewhere else. If you want a modern, blended, fashionable colour for your hair, go somewhere else.

Bad service , Left my hair on foils for long long time , it went green and burnt my hair ! I had to put a brown hair dye the next day ! Such a waste of time and money . I asked for a correction but she refused
Wouldn’t recommend .

I was very impressed with Barnett's. A lovely smiling lady washed my hair and offered me a cup of tea/coffee then Ruby cut and blow dried my hair and was very attentive, gave good advice and did an excellent job. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
