I had a full leg and bikini wax and got my eye lashes tinted and the lady was so lovely. She didn’t miss any hairs and made sure I told her if the wax was too hot and tried to make it as quick and painless, as a wax can possibly be. She also took a lot of care not to miss any tint on my eye lashes. Great service. New business so not busy and I managed to book an appointment on the same day.

I called at 6 asking what time the place closes, the lady said 7 so I said I would be there in 20 mins. When I arrived the lady then said no she doesn’t have time. There was more then half hour until she closes. She then said I told you to come fast, I don’t know how much faster she would of liked. Surely if you close at 7 then you close at 7. If she would of told me on the phone I would of gone elsewhere. Now I’m left with it being end of the day and no other place open! My first time going to this place and will definitely be the last! So unprofessional

I’ve been coming here ever since it first opened a few years ago. Fantastic service every time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the lovely ladies that work here. Therapist Riina always does such a wonderful job and is so polite. I always look forward to having my treatments with her. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got my my eyebrows and upper lip done with the threading method and I must say she was very good at it. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that the heating is always super high in there. It gets really hot and stuffy.

I recently move in this area I tried this place and I really satisfied and very happy with my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. Now I will definitely comeback every time for my treatments. Highly recommend.

I went to get my nails done and immediately I saw the place was not clean but I don’t know why I chose to stay. The tools has not been sanitised because she opened the drawers and everything was thrown there. Clearly not clean space. However I really needed to do my nails so I went ahead even though everything was red flag from the start. Tables are dirty. Tools are dirty and has been over used. The lady started doing my cuticles and I started bleeding because she was pulling very hard. I even screamed “Au” many times. I was bleeding from all nails and was thinking it will be ok after I wash them.

I went home and tried to wash my hands but that was disaster as it was super painful! And I was not cut only one cuticle but 6! I have pictures but I cannot post it here for some reason.

I just wanted to say stay away if you are looking for clean space.

Very professional facial & back massage was excellent both myself & my daughter was treated with the best customer service from Aman. She is great and advice was spot on , on how to maintain healthy skin & health! Thank you Adorn beauty I will definitely be back 😀👍🏼😊!
