5 Star Nails and beauty

Lovely pedicure, very efficient. Lots of colour choices, whether ordinary polish or shellac/gel. The salon is spotlessly clean as is the equipment. The 2 guys were friendly, but didn't chat - language limitations, I suspect. I'd definitely come here again.

very very slow. they had to re-do my nails because they didn't look good first time around. had my eyelashes tinted (they're v fair) and they did a terrible job. i was there over 1.5hrs for a manicure and lash tint...

Very unhappy. They didnt soak our feet before removing the hard skin. Felt rushed and he made my big toe bleed.wouldnt go again.

I have been going to this nail bar for over 6 months now and won’t be going back! I wanted shellac, a lady started to do my nails and filed them right down then cut them, I was moved to the young lad who then got the false nails out, I said I don’t want that and rudely I was asked what do I want! I told him shellac unfortunately the First Lady had totally ruined my nails and all I ended up with was a clear nail varnish, my nails aren’t shaped and look awful now

Literally just got home from 5 Star Nails and a very poor manicure (infill) service. I had to speak up twice about the roughness of the file by the technician and you can see for yourself by the photo I've attached. The whole service was back and forth between other clients and corners were definitely cut. I asked if cuticle oil would be applied and the lady said no. Never again! The lady who did them also cut my nails down so far they looked horrible - and this ties with other reviews on this review.

Three weeks later and my gel manicure is still perfect. I tripped and broke a nail a week in and they fixed the broken end for me, free of charge. Excellent colour selection.

Staff are friendly and speedy, which I love, but it’s worth noting that they’re not chatty, so if you’re after that all round “luxury” experience then it’s not for you. If like me you want to just get in and get out with excellent nails, it’s perfect.

Came in for a pedicure and was a walk in, about five mins after my pedicure started about three people walked in all with appointments. There were also two other women already waiting to have their nails done. I had the most rushed pedicure ever, while the two staff rushed around trying to do each person. They didn’t even moisturise my feet after scraping and exfoliating them! So now my feet are incredibly sore! Rather than turn me away because they were too busy (which I would have preferred) they gladly took my money and did half a job!

Amazing service! All the staff are very friendly, attractive and patient. Tony always does my nails to perfection. Highly recommended.
