She put me at ease straight away during my first ever lash experience by talking me through the process, (I wear lenses and have sensitive eyes) welcoming me into her beautiful room, (with such positive energy and enthusiasm) and making sure I was comfortable throughout. I let Ilona choose my lashes as I had no idea! And she knew exactly what would look amazing! I was so comfortable I fell asleep a few times which I did not expect while someone was attaching foreign objects to my lashes!! The result was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how I looked! I didn’t just have black lashes even though they looked it! Ilona had blended brown in too which highlighted my blue eyes and not only just looked great by themselves. I didn’t need to wear make up for the whole time I had them! And Ive never left the house without it!! Will not be without them now! The confidence boost it gives is amazing !
