Neha (the beautician) is amazing! Knows exactly how I like things done.

My mother and grandmother have had their haircut here too! They were over the moon with the results!.

100% recommend this place. Booking is very simple, all the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Even with no appointment they are very accommodating and helpful. Wait time is never unreasonable. No matter how busy they are.

If i could give less then 1 star i would give you -100 because the place was a joke! I understand your eyebrows are £3 that doesnt mean you give 300p service.

There was an iranian lady who did mine and my friends eyebrows and completely messed them up.
I am disgusted with the state of them. They where better bushy. She has confirmed our doubt of going to a new place and i promise we def won’t be returning because she has no skills.

I suggest you train your staff before they start giving service to your clients.
Eyebrows are very important to people as they shape our whole face.

I often get done waxing and threading here and my experience with the beautician Neha has been amazing.

During waxing she is very gentle and communicates with you throughout to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain.

For threading, I find it hard to trust people with my eyebrows and she has been doing them perfectly for years now.

Not able to take 1 star. Very poor service and also staff were very rude. I went for my eyebrows she did very bad and argue with me. She do not no how to do it she has to-take other advice.
After my eyebrows she didn’t even apply any cream on my eyebrows. Unprofessional staff .

She did do my eyebrows shape properly. She mess my eyebrows. Who were responsible for that .

I had my appointment with Suzie. And I am genuinely impressed by the sweet nature of the staff, the cleanliness of the area and the main part my wash, haircut & blow dry. Just as I wanted and even better. And she was also very quick with her work and was also so humble to me. Thank you so much for your service…

Worst experience ever. I got my brows done and a hollywood wax. Both were bad experiences and they tried to up charge me from the price they initially told me. The lady doing my brows does not know how to follow your natural shape. She made my brows very arched. With the wax part, she did not make sure everything was properly done and I had to keep asking her to do parts. Not to mention, she left wax bits all over me. She did not clean any of it off. Will not be going back there.

I was not overy impressed. The lady wwas 5 minutes into my pedicure when Neha passed me onto another therapist as she had bookings for threading. I had booked well in advance. The treatment I had was mediocre and I felt very undervalued as rushed. The customer service is v very below par.
