I’ve just had my 3rd treatment with Nicky, having experienced facials and a back massage. Each time, I’ve come away feeling blissfully relaxed, pampered and at peace. Nicky is a gentle, welcoming and lovely lady who wants you to have the perfect experience and make you feel as comfortable as possible. The faux-fur blankets and heated table are heavenly. Nicky’s massage skills are second to none - she has healing hands :-). All in all, a real treat!

Had a neck, shoulder and back massage today for the first time with Nicky which was lovely. It wasn’t just the massage which was great though, the log cabin spa room which Nicky holds her treatments in is just gorgeous. Large space with calming blue colours, comfy furniture, scented candles and soothing music all added to the experience. I’m used to going to a salon where a massage or other treatments take place in small rooms. In contrast the the difference in atmosphere that the log cabin made was amazing. I will definitely be going back to experience other treatments. Thank you x

Lovely service amazing results had my eye lash extensions and considering I have sensitive eyes I had no problem and still have them in 2 weeks on, also had my cartilage pierced brilliant condition and caring support from Jazz and Nicky especially as I don’t have a high pain threshold, loved my experience with them and can’t wait to have more treatments done. These ladies are amazing I would recommend them above anywhere else there service is outstanding along with the quality of there treatments.

Having purchased a gift voucher for my wife, she had the most wonderful pamper day at Meraki121 and was made to feel totally at ease. Nicky and Jazz couldn’t have done more to ensure that my wife left the salon feeling relaxed and extremely happy with her treatments. We highly recommend a visit!

Terrible. Had eyelash extensions done by trainee jazz and nicki islrael was also there. My eyes where so sore. They stated that If my self and mum had any issues to contact them. However this wasn't the case. We was blocked on Facebook after receiving abuse from our confrontation So no after care was done. My self and mum paid £20 each for sore eyes and no eye lashes left!. Please steer clear as they don't care about their clients. Also don't appreciate their "friends" contacting me demanding me to remove the review. Terrible and unprofessional!! I stated In my message I didn't want further treatment and my eyes where stuck together with clumpy glue, needs to go back to training . Also all the reviews on this page are written by them selfs hence the surname.
I'm sure anyone who has treatments from this so called "experienced company will certainly see for themselves how unprofessional they really are.
It's not fault they arrived 20 minutes early. If they read their messages they will see my son was at the opticians.
For the information of the sarcastic reply, the person who contacted me was the person who trained you who also agreed that my eyes was in a state. However good luck in the future. You may need it😊

I am always smiling when Nicky has done my gel manicure/pedicures as she is amazing and does a fantastic job. I love the products she uses and she gives advise about anything to do with beauty if you ask. I would go every week if I could get to her!!

Nicky and Jazz are totally professional, talented, knowledgeable and friendly .I relax as soon as I see them at Meraki121's beautiful premises. Jazz does the gentlest threading for both myself and my daughter and Nikki's facials , waxing and massage are fantastic.I love the pedicures and great range of gel nail varnish colours- always helps me start the summer well.I have been going there for years and highly recommend Meraki121..5+ stars.

Nicky and Jazz have done piercings and my nails, I absolutely love going and their salon in the garden is beautiful. They are both extremely generous and kind. I would 100% recommend 🥰
