Great customer service from all staff. Nicky is an amazing hair stylist. Very honest with her opinions about what would look good on individuals. I travel 20miles to go to options hair and beauty. Added bonus they do eyebrow threading too.

Friendly staff. Very happy with the appointments that I've has there. Would recommend.

Very disappointing…
I was very excited at the prospect of my super anti ageing facial! Unfortunately a couple of days before I was called and told the machine needed had been double booked.. or someone more important wanted it perhaps…
They rescheduled and told I would receive a text to let me know the day and time as I had nothing with me to write it down.
I never received confirmation and then unfortunately had to go to Ireland as my Father had a stroke. Missed the appointment.
I let them know and they said I could rebook but my deposit was lost.
Unfair. Won’t be rebooking.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages but never got round to it. Just wanted to say that you guys are amazing. The service is amazing, and you’ve made me feel comfortable and welcome especially when I came for my first waxing session. I would definitely recommend Options Beauty, it’s very affordable, service is perfect and the staff are fantastic!

I very rarely complain but unfortunately this is the second time I have experienced issues at Options beauty. The last time my eyelid was burnt because the wax was too hot but decided to give them another go as I couldn’t get booked in anywhere else on a busy Saturday. However this turned out to be the was the worst eyebrow tint & shape I have ever had. At first I was very grateful that they had fitted me in at short notice on a Saturday, but now I know why they had the space.
When I looked in the mirror and voiced my concerns, that (to my horror) I appeared to have a gap half way down one of my eyebrows and please could she try to correct this by reapplying the dye, I was rudely informed that it wasn’t her fault that I didn’t have any hair there. Even though my eyebrows were perfectly even when I went in and she was the person that had just waxed and plucked my eyebrows to within an inch of their life. She had obviously over plucked one eyebrow more than the other. Very poor job, badly shaped and poorly dyed. Couldn’t believe I was charged £19.00 for this poor service but I didn’t make a fuss, I just paid and left. I only feel it is fair to warn others. I will not be returning.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted in Options. I am so happy with the shape and tint on my brows. The girls are so lovely. They are always so professional and go out of their way to accommodate me with appointments. Always a pleasant experience. I couldn’t recommend Options highly enough.

I got my nails done and they looked gorgeous, gels didn't chip and lasted long enough. The place is super clean too, highly recommend. :)

I love this place, clean, therapists were lovely, I bought a course of Caci facials.
My skin looked so good after. Also enjoyed my manicure! The service here is 10 out of 10 ! Thank you
