La Chic Hair Beauty & Holistic Therapy

I was left absolutely shocked during and after my treatment with La Chic. I asked for a gel manicure and the lady had no idea what she was doing she put my hand in a dryer claiming that it’s the UV light my fingers were literally burning in the heater. My pedicure was absolutely shambolic the nail polish was clumpy thick and bubbly it’s not even been 24 hours and it’s chipped. I just don’t understand what on earth happened. The whole process was a disaster. I was there for 2 plus hours as things were being reapplied numerous times. My foot is still in the same condition or even worse. The pedicure didn’t even smooth out my foot. Worst place ever. In fact they had the audacity to charge me for a manicure and pedicure. Only nice thing was they didn’t charge me for the gel polish. But they only knocked off a few quid. The whole service was a mess I wanted to run!! My poor hands and foot :(

Raheela did an AMAZING job with the back massage, after only one session she had got all the knots out of my back and neck! She took such good care of me and I’ve never felt better, thank you so much Raheela!!! Recommended my friends and family xxx

I booked a Red Carpet Hydra Facial, 1 hour 30 minutes, very last minute this morning and called to see if they could do me a pedicure, salon was very accommodating - the facial exceeded my expectations - Raheela was amazing and made me feel so relaxed I really enjoyed my treatments - will be definitely booking again.

Just had the 30/30 facial and hot stone massage (30 mins each) by Ratna. Such a lovely lady. The treatments were amazing, would definitely be going back soon.
