I went to the salon today having booked via treatwell, I was seen by Natty for my full body wax and eyebrows and I was so happy with the service, she was so patient, and did such a good job! I will be going back for sure, if prices are kept at such a good rate I’d not think twice. Natty is the best thing about the salon.

I had a range of treatments - leg waxing, eyebrow threading and mani/pedi. The staff were friendly, the salon was uber clean and everyone wore face masks too, so felt very comfortable there. Really happy with my treatments, would definitely recommend and return.

I booked an app and had to wait an hour to get my acrylics done. There was only one nail tech who speaks very little English and the language barrier was prominent. I payed £28 for a terrible job. The nails are wonky, too thick, gaps at the bottom and she didn’t even cut my cuticles. I could have done that job at home. Very disappointed.

I can see lots of great reviews but my experience was not good. It seemed like the lady was rushing my nails. She didn't clean them like a proper manicure she just placed the nail polish on. I asked for shellac and it's been 5 days it's already peeling. They started peeling after 2 days. Really not happy with the services paid money for them to be peeling and looking like something I can do at.home myself. I wouldn't go back

Shellac mani/pedi, eyebrow thread, lash tint and brazilian wax all for a really reasonable £100 or so. Sabina did all my treatments and was very thorough and gentle, checking in with how I was doing. She was also lovely to talk to, as I was in the salon for a few hours. All my treatments have lasted my week long holiday in Mallorca and beyond - no chipping or peeling of the nails, etc. Place was clean and calm - will absolutely be returning here in the future!

Absolutely atrocious service. Booked through Treatwell and requested Natty, Appointment confirmed. Get there the next and no Natty. Which was fine so I just went with the other therapist. This was for a Hollywood wax btw. This therapist was Cleary very in-experienced. She applied oil right before waxing. we all know, that's not how it works. She burnt me twice with the wax, not stretching the skin. Her technique was awful! And I've previously had good experiences with Natty at the same location but even prior to her, I had a bad therapist called Payal I believe. So this was the last straw for me.. Very disappointed. The intimate area is extremely sensitive so they shouldn't allow people who don't know what they're doing to work on it. worst wax of my life!!!! gave me weird spots afterwards too, just a completely horrible experience.

I have been going since 2 years for my body waxing and i always have from Shagufta. She is lovely and amazing lady. She does amazing job. Highly recommend.
