It wasn’t an amazing experience, I was passed from person to person and hardly spoken to. Although the colour choice is good and the atmosphere is nicer than other nail bars. My nails look very good and they are perfectionist, I would return but not for the customer service.

To Emily the nail tech from Vietnam, I saw you take a picture of me with your flash today whilst you were doing my nails :)

I just didn't say anything because you and your awful staff were already being so lazy with my nails. You have me on your CCTV so I'm not sure why the need to take a picture of me on your phone but hey ho:)

I want a genuine apology otherwise I will be reporting your behaviour.

Got my nails done at this place, and in not even two weeks one of the nails lifted and I had to remove it due to the pain. I could not see the instruments get sanitized, and while I was happy with the initial result, I would not be going here again.

Went in today for a gel polish. No appointment needed, a short wait. Quick, friendly and a great job. Good price, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely APPALLING
I went to get my nails done here this afternoon with her friend and the man I had was the most rude , ill - mannered , unpleasant person I have come across . I asked him to the cut the acrylic nails the same length as my friend sat next to me , he obviously didn’t listen and proceeded to cut them to the point were the acrylics were the same length as my actual nails which are as short as they can go making the acrylics completely pointless . I then said I’m really sorry but they’re too short and not what I asked for to which he then ranted at me and complained to his coworker in a different language making me feel very uncomfortable . He then started to aggressively rip them off leaving a few of my nails to bleed as I left the salon . He also said he would charge me extra . This behaviour was quite frankly disgusting and childish and while the lady my friend had was lovely he was not . I have no problems with the salon but with the staff itself

AWFUL please avoide, they don't actually listen to what you want. They are very careless when it comes to small touches. Absolutely awkward they only interact with their repeat customers. Palace nails are so much better! Will never come back what a waste of my money. Avoide ladies! Honestly bad quality.
