Worst beauty place I have ever been. Honestly. I came in because it was empty and was told that acrylic nails were £35 (my usual place £22 but fully booked for a hour or two) the lady who does the nails is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. She started sticking the nails on with SUPER GLUE, then applying the acrylic powder that was dark and lumpy she didn’t smooth it out, I wanted to go for a natural pink colour, similar to French tip. She was cutting the nails and they were all un even. Let me tell you she couldn’t even do a square nail! I asked for square and she started rounding them with the nail file!! I walked out and went to get them fixed at my usual salon. When I said I was unhappy she blamed me and said I chose the colour!!! They push and push even tho I said I want normal polish she just picked up the jell colour that she wanted and didn’t even listen, until I insisted that I just want normal polish and went and pointed it out to her AGAIN. I will never return and will warn my friends about this place, what ever you ask for you’ll get the opposite. (This was my experience for the nails)

This has to be the worst establishment I have visited. I booked in a wash cut and bouncy blow dry. When booking I asked how much it would be and they advised it will be £40 for what I have asked for. While I am use to getting my hair shampoo’d twice and conditioned once they only shampoo’d my hair once and didn’t condition. When on the chair she tugged and pulled my hair, once catching my eye. No apology or professionalism. While styling the lady didn’t put hair protector in my hair and only hair moose. The actual hair style was nice. When paying the lady charged me £45, it’s not the fact I had to pay that it’s frustrating they told me it was £40 but clearly they make up prices. When I questioned her about the price she said it’s the style I chose? What rubbish is she speaking about? I asked for this and asked her the price and she confirmed £40 how have you now changed it. They need to work on their customer service. There management is in dire need. I would

Terrible! Definitely wouldn't recommend! I got a gel manicure and only a few days later it had started peeling - they told me when I was getting it done that it would last me at least two weeks. When I went back they refused to redo it for me, I then just asked her to take what was left off and she told me I would have to pay for it. There's no way I will be giving them anymore of my money. Do not go there!

Today I had facial first time at this Salon and I was over the moon.Samna the beautician gave me facial hour time and my God felt extremely good.
She took time advising my facial skin and was thorough with her treatment.
Its been 8 hours now and face still glows.
Well worth the money and will visit again.

I've been going to Sur since she was based in Streatham and still travel to her for my eyebrows and waxing appointments. She is very thorough and fast, which is good when you are short of time. Love the way she does my threading and brow tinting - it always looks great and I get lots of compliments for them. You can always trust Sur, 100% recommend.

I was looking for a salon I could use for regular facials. However when I rang up to make a booking they didn’t want to honour my voucher I had purchased . Mrs Sur categorically stated they were not doing them any more … fine… but then why are they still selling the vouchers!?

Awful service. They burnt my hair blow-drying it, the hairdryer was so hot! Really rough when blow-drying, pulling hair. They washed my hair in cold water! It used to be better when Raj was there

Been going to Sue since I first started threading years ago and have never been anywhere else. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Would 100% recommend.
