Booked in as a treat in my time off work. Walked in and they didn't have my booking (I had booked that morning so wasn't too concerned). I had booked for a manicure and pedicure. After 10 minutes of sitting around, I was sat in a chair and started removing my current shellac. Now I am kind of new to the shellac world but she used the drill file to the point that it burned my fingernails. We started to cut my nails when a bridal party walked in and suddenly I was left for around half an hour whilst they treated them. I had literally had half of my nails cut (badly) and was just sat with no clue if when I'd get my nails sorted. Eventually a colleague came along and cut the rest of my nails (I had to remind her they needed cutting as she didn't seem to notice that they were battered from the drill and different lengths. At this point, I asked about the pedicure and was told no because appointments were overlapping. I was then left again and told 10 minutes. At thus point, I had had enough so I paid for removal and walked out.

Basically, don't go here! They don't make you feel special and treated. This was a treat for a day off and I think I would have had more fun staying home and doing it myself. Zero stars.

Just had face thread and hot wax with Dipali. This was my first time there and she was excellent. She put so much effort and did the threading so thoroughly and gently. Really great beautician and lovely person with great energy.

i only happened to go to the parlour as i was in the shopping centre. i should have known when they made me sign a waiver (which i have never ever had to do before) what was coming. they offered me ‘sensitive wax’ for double the price which supposedly ‘lasts longer’. as a doctor i do not quite understand the science or mechanism behind that claim. i opted not to have it as i do not have sensitive skin. i go to different beauticians and they always use normal wax and i never get burnt / injured so i was comfortable i would not need it. left with burns all over my upper lip two days before a wedding. avoid this awful salon

Had my nails done here a couple of times but went for a shoulder massage and got treated like dirt. Decided it's best to go elsewhere for anything other than nails and even then the Whitgift one is friendlier.

One of the worst experience. Visited yesterday as a walk-in and there was no one except one lady who quickly took me to the waxing room. Firstly the room was dirty. The towels were lying here & there, the bedding was filthy and there were tissues on the ground except the dustbin. As it was an emergency I had to get going & ones the service start, oh god! The way the girl pulled the wax…I asked her to be gentle as it’s the most sensitive part & should be handled with more precautions. I suggested her if she thinks, use the scissors so it’s not that painful for both of us which she used later after pulling off the hairs & asking me to go through the pain…wow! I was shocked … she finished it quickly & when I checked I still saw small hairs which I asked her kindly to please wax it off which she did on request. Ones the wax one, no post waxing cream or gel or oil & she left. I asked for tissues so at-least i can clean it off & when saw down, there were wax leftover which should be taken off by the waxing lady using the oil I guess (it never and ever happened with me). Plus she charged me £40 which I believe is wrong as the website plus the brochure plus their hoarding say £30 and when I told her , she was not ready to accept & said it’s £40.
The worst experience of my life & definitely not recommended to anybody . Instead of paying £40 here, better go to professional & better places who makes it worth ur penny.

I had a spa manicure on 6th Dec. Did not enjoy the treatment as the technician cut my cuticle. My finger was left very painful and swollen and I ended up with an infection. After several conversations with the staff with promises to call me back to no avail, I finally spoke to the manager.
After a lengthy conversation it was agreed that they would refund me 50% of the treatment price within 3 working days. He took my bank details, and I was made to sign a piece of paper to say that once I received the refund, the matter would be closed. He also told me that I would not receive the refund if I did not take down the review I had previously written. That was on the 16th December. I immediately took down the review. I never received the refund or had any further communications with them.
I'm both disappointed and disgusted as I was assured that the manager was a man of his word. He also has my bank details written in their appointment book for anyone to see.
My finger is slowly healing with the help of cream that I bought myself.
Obviously I will never return to this salon. Visit at your own risk.

I visited this parlour on the 18th November 2022. I was quite upset with the service I received on that day. I am a regular client and I normally use my Hairstylist, Sadaf. I am happy with her work and charged me £35. As she was away, I was given another Hairstylist who didn't do a good job. She insisted I wash my hair before the colors, which resulted to not having the roots done properly. I could see it when she was drying my hair.
I went to see the manager, Paresh, who said it's normal for the roots to show again after 5 days, Paresh asked me to pay upfront £120, then reduced to £100.
Not only I was overcharged and that for a very poor service.
The attitude of Paresh need to be professional. Thank you

Pari is so talented! I’m in love with my new nails.
Ceecee and Pari were the only ones in the salon and lots of people turned up without appointments. It was very busy but they were really welcoming and friendly. They managed to get as many people seen as possible. I’ll definitely be back. The prices are so reasonable too! Thanks so much.
