Beautiful Nails & Body Salon

My husband booked me a full body massage as an anniversary gift which was my first time attending this salon.
Staff were friendly and the lady who completed my massage was lovely.
The only downfall was that I couldn’t relax upstairs due to the amount of noise from the other staff members and users. People were up and down the stairs talking, laughing and the stairs were really creeky.
I could even hear the lady next doors conversation which was highly annoying.
So not the massage lady’s fault at all but doubt I’d visit again or recommend a massage as it defeats the object of relaxing.

Paid £70 for their
Signature Luxury Spa Pedicure (60 mins) with gel polish.
No massage as stated.
Wasn't relaxing whatsoever.
Feet hardly soaked was more like dip them in, dry then had a little scraper for a few minutes then painted.
Gel polish has been applied awfully.
She didn't put the UV light on foot as wasn't looking properly and ruined paint on big toe and just wiped.
Had a few friends comment on what a bad job it is and my partner when showing them.
I rang salon 5 times and was told a manager will ring back and they'd do another free of charge, they haven't bothered to contact me.
Was in and out within 40 minutes and meant to be 60 minutes.
Wasn't busy either!
I've been here a few times and that was my last.
Friends will avoid too.

I’m not from the area but like to visit this salon when I’m in Crawley… I’ve had a facial and a massage here and honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Staff are always really kind and genuinely like to engage in conversation with you which makes for a really comfortable visit. Very easy to book treatments online and they offer such a wide range of affordable to luxury treatments! I have had Katie do my treatment today and she tailored the facial just to me and I felt like a new lady when I left! This is a MUST VISIT, you won’t regret it, treat yourself!

Had microblading treatment and £350 later after the second treatment hardly any different. No responsibility was taken by the salon and after waiting 8 weeks after the 2nd treatment I was told I had brittle, sparse eyebrow hair that sticks out rather than lays flat, oily t-zone - forehead and nose.
Even after having the Skin Scanner treatment and being told I have great skin, keep doing what I am doing, amazing UV protected skin
oily combination, but normal and expected in areas such as forehead and nose!

Told colour fades 50% but not told at time of microblading. Told it is for spares eyebrows and even though I was extremely nervous 1st session I decided to trust Shai who I asked to do the shape and colour on what she thinks would best suit me. I was offered to have a 3rd session at £250 and after speaking with the manager who reduced it to £100. I didn’t go back and felt out of courtesy I should have been given a 3rd treatment for the £350 I had already paid for nothing so far. Very disappointed and even though I did research I would suggest looking else where.

Relaxing and welcoming! I’m male and always find it but intimidating in Spas as it’s female orientated generally but service was spot on and came out feeling super relaxed and my back felt brand new

Such lovely staff. Me and my daughter had some Quality time together having a pedicure and a cocktail. We were served with a little dish of crisps too and nothing was too much trouble. We had such a laugh with the staff and lovely lady on the end! Will be booking again! What a treat xx

I had a treatment today with Mac and she was absolutely brilliant! Very professional, friendly & caring! Will definitely be back to see her! Thank you Mac :)

It’s the second time I do my treatments with Mac. She’s great, very professional. The salon has a nice atmosphere and has welcoming staff.
