Very good at doing hair but poor customer service. The stylists gossip about customers and are disrespectful. It's as if they don't need their customers, absolutely no manners.

It is a terrible place to do your hair. The staff are extremely rude and love to gossip about their customers, they love to waste time and when they are in the middle of a style, they take a lunch break. Furthermore, they say they open at 8:30 every weekday, it is currently 9:20 and they are still not open on a Tuesday. When styling the hair they do it far too tight and when you tell the stylists, they disregard it and continue their unnecessary gossip which they think we do not understand. Overall it is a poor service and a waste of time. Do not do your hair here.

I normally never write reviews. However, I felt this was needed to be said.
Three years ago, this hairsalon was one of the most effecient Afro-carribean hairsalon ive ever been too.
The hairstylists did their thang.
I (had relocated but on my return) I decided
to go to this very same hair salon.
I noticed it was under different management but asked if I could get my hair done.
They AGREED.
An HOUR LATER, the woman expected to do my hair walks in. She then takes another customer before me (she said, the reason behind that was because she was doing a weave, and she wouldn’t take long)... an HOUR LATER, she is still doing their hair.
I decide to look for another hair salon, but due to schools opening, (the following day) they were all packed. So stayed.
She eventually started my hair ... THREE HOURS AFTER I ARRIVED.
Her braiding hand is neat, and she is fast, however, she has a tendency of taking other clients hair while you still on the chair.

Just to be clear, I visited the barbershop. Lots of improvement in personnel and services. Keep it up!

Unprofessional Disrespectful and unfortunately no idea how to deal with customer complaints. Is being able to braid all that is required, not if the hair become fuzzy and tangled the next day. When the custimer complains face to face - you say " nothing wrong with your hair". or you walk away Or reply to a text offering to see the client with no confirmation of your name date or time even if requested. Shame on you.

I am very disappointed with this shop, I had passed there today by West Croydon thinking they was going to be open and they wasn't it even said on the internet they was open. I will not be returning to this shop at all. The staff are very rude and unprofessional
