My best friend bought me an eyebrow re-shape with Jenny for my birthday and I've never looked back. Getting the right brow shape for your face is as important as your haircut or outfit, so taking the time to get bespoke advice and the correct arch and thickness for your face is well worth it. You walk out of the session with the best eyebrows you've ever had and all the information you need to keep them looking that way yourself. I like to pop back every now and again to check I'm still on track and have the most flattering look for my face and current style. My daughters and I have been going to jenny jordan for ten years and continue to be very happy customers. The quality of treatments is just fantastic from brows to hair to beauty and we never leave disappointed, but for us its the lovely team of staff that makes coming back so easy, everyone is always so accommodating and ready to greet you with a smile.

The beauty treatments provided are good but I just had the most traumatizing experience there as a customer. I went there for a facial and massage this week, it was my first beauty treatment since giving birth at the end of August last year so you can imagine how much I was looking forward to it. I was also planing on using a £100 voucher that my sister had got me for my birthday in October last year. As mentioned, the treatment itself was pleasant but when I went on to pay with my voucher, I was told that there was only £40 left on it. They kept on arguing that I had used it before but I knew I hadn't: in fact, this was one of my first outings without my baby. I stupidly paid for the difference they were asking for thinking that my sister had maybe only got me £40 instead of £100 and that she would know about this.. However she confirmed that night that the voucher was for 100 and even sent me the receipt. The manager called me back today to discuss this issue and he was very aggressive and disrespectful, accusing me of lying and treating me like a thief!! He kept on insisting that it was a mistake on my part, even thought I KNOW that the voucher had not been used (and if it had been partially used, the amount on it would have been rectified by them but their explanation there was that I came in before without the voucher....preposterous) He didn't offer to pay me back and sort of apologized after a long argumentation on my part but he remains convinced that I lied about it.. I'm still shocked by what happened and extremely disappointed by this place.. I'd of course recommend you to stay away from this place. There are a lot of beauty salons in Belsize and Hampstead, choose one that treats their customers with the respect they deserve.

I got my makeup done here and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff made me feel so comfortable and made sure everything was completely perfect. Not forgetting, the makeup artists AMAZING makeup skills! Just the whole atmosphere of the salon is calming and makes you want to smile. Defo check them out! They’re legendary!

My wife frequents this establishment for waxing and work on her eyebrows and I must say she looks simply more and more radiant with every visit. Ramona has just returned from her sixth appointment and I've never seen her happier. I couldn't have imagined her being any more beautiful than the day I married her, but Jenny Jordan has proved me wrong and I thank her for it.

I first left a 5 star Google review for Jenny seven years ago because she was and is truly the most gifted brow artist. Today I had a lift facial and aromatherapy hand massage with Jaya. I think this is as close to the hands of god as one gets. She is truly a pioneer in her field . It was an out of body one hour blissful experience. I cannot recommend this talented young lady enough! Book and go to experience for yourself You may just be the next person writing a review for someone else!
