I got my nails done around 10 days ago - nail extensions - paid £35

5 days later - a nail breaks - maybe my fault since I was lifting heavy items, and it might've got stuck. I went back and paid for a repair (£4).

9 days later - a whole nail just comes off, wasn't doing anything - luckily I actually got the nail. I called and made an appt to get this fixed, on the phone I was told it's because my nail is too 'narrow'. (Funny because I have had extensions in the past and this has never happened.)

Got to the salon I had made an appt, (I had several things to do that day), I was told I needed to wait 10/15 mins. Since I had made an appt and my repair was a 30 second job, I was rather annoyed. No apology from the guy at the desk, Ajay. Very rude and no customer service or explanation provided, interrupted me whilst I was talking.

I simply explained if a customer has made an appt and you have a walk in - at least inform me, I would have come back later that day. Poor business and communication skills from Ajay.

In regards to the nail tech - Aggy, who is really lovely, she did a nice ombre job on my nails. But since 3 nails have broken, surely the quality of their dipping powder for the acrylic is poor/cheap - for it to just come off my nail after 7 days.

Overall I wouldn't really go here again, nor recommend. Quite pricey compared to the other salons on the high street and poor quality product.

I Had my nails removed and then had shellac. All my nails were cut unevenly, she even made me bleed. The girl filing my nails clearly didn’t know what she was doing. When I got my nails painted within days the colour started changing colour. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had take off my nails in this salon and after their service my nails are totally damaged, I feel my nails burning 2 days after the take off. I wouldn’t recommend this place for any service. Staff is very poor qualified

However the bad reviews I went there and I can say that was satisfied from the girl work it was really professional I will definitely go back she was really good and quick.also she was really friendly.
For everyone who wants to go you need to go when the Iranian girls is there (sorry I forgot your name)

very pathetic service today i went for my haircut and i told them that i want what kind of haircut even i showed them pictures if models but they just retouch my forelock and retouch my hair tips and they told me that if u want layer hair cut money will be different very unprofessional and poor service i don’t recommend elegance wastage of money time.

Went in for an infill, and to paint my toenails. The girl who did my nails doesn’t know what she is doing! Terrible service. When I got home my nails looked horrendous! Do not recommend this salon! Don’t waste your money!!! She took ages just to paint my toenails, took the polish off at least 3 times! They to buy new nail polish, and stop draining out the bottles. Awful!!!

I always get my nails and eyebrows done here.

I went 3 times. The lady did head massage and shoulder massage, and facial, nothing is perfect. She just count the hair and put steam and clean the mask. That’s it and they charged me £82 last time before I paid £96. Same . I never see this terrible service in my life. Horrible horrible horrible salon 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
