Always a lovely experience here, Jassi does my eyelashes (eyelash extensions)every 2-3 weeks and does them beautifully. Such a lovely person and quality of service. Can’t recommend this salon enough

Technician did not wear a mask, The worst part was she wiped her dripping nose onto her wrist and then coughed a few times into her elbow. I was only getting gels taken off and really needed them done so that is why I didn’t walk out. Thinking back now I wish I did. My nails also feel awful as I found out later you’re supposed to pre soak them before using the electric file. Not happy.

This is a walk in hairdressers. I have had my hair coloured and cut, several times here! Always been pleased with the result. This is not a fancy hairdressers, no cups of tea etc, but they dont charge fancy prices!

Very good service and very good value for moeny. I went in for a quick manicure and pedicure on a walk in and they were happy to take me. My manicure has not scratched in the slightest and it's been more than two weeks

I've always come here since living in bromley. Never had a problem with the salon/staff. One time I felt mugged off when I brought my own products for them to use on myself and they still charged me. I wouldnt of done it for free anyways put considering they charged me full price to use my own products was muggy.

Went for waxing. I was expecting it to hurt, what I wasn’t expecting was the lack of empathy. I was crying (I have sensory sensitivities) and the woman told me that I need to grow up, and that girls of 18 are able to cope with this procedure.
I know I have a low pain tolerance- I am neurodivergent, I wasn’t expecting to be shamed for it.
Then she made me stop. Are they always so callous?
