Awful experience here! I asked for a gel manicure and before they started the treatment I asked for a specific nail colour that I usually wear. I asked several times and did not get a straight answer, instead they began soaking my gels off! They were rough with me hacking at my previously healthy strong nails and damaging them by doing so! Then only after taking my gels off they told me no I could not have the colour I wanted or the shape either? They should not have started the treatment or soaked my gels off if they couldn’t do what I asked for. Rude staff with an attitude towards me and talking/laughing in another language while I was sitting there. I felt really uncomfortable, my nails were awful and messy and not even filed how I asked for them, they were not the colour I wanted they looked horrible, in the end I just wanted to get out of there. I had to re file my nails when I got home! To top it off they charged me £40, do not let them rip you off!!!!

Went to get LVL eyelash lift, my third time coming here now. Alba did my eyelashes and did such a good job. She is so lovely and careful, and leaves me with the best results !! Would recommend 10/10 such a nice woman and my eyelashes look banging

The Girl was very nice, but the guy didn't understand what I wanted and booked the wrong service, which ended in a awkward situation..won't be coming back, sorry..
Edit: no, never had gels done at your place, so you're confusing me for someone else...

I book my wax appointments with Pinky. She is honestly the best so careful and gentle. I have very sensitive skin and I never have issues when she does my appointments. Cannot recommend her more!

Visited Adorn for the first time today for a Hydrofacial. Alpa was great, very knowledgeable and made sure I was okay throughout the process. Will be back soon for more treatments.

Have had one treatment here and it went very well. The ladies were very friendly but they did speak in their own language , which I thought was impolite but also quite funny because I could understand what they were saying. It's clean and tidy. Will probably visit again
