Clean and tidy salon but the treatment was very poor.
For a luxury pedicure with gel, I received no cuticle treatment what so ever which it says is included, very little removal of hard skin, and the website states a luxury pedicure with gel is an hr and 30 minuets, my whole treatment lasted less than 40 minuets.
The girl who done my treatment did explain she is still in training but didn’t explain this till she was half way through, might explain why she let me walk out with polish over my toes as well as the nail.
The background music was horrendous for a salon, some sort of rap style music with such foul language in it. Therapist was on and off her phone throughout the treatment and constantly swearing. I couldn’t wait to get out of this salon which is a real shame as it looks such a nice place from the outside.
Trying to phone up was impossible not once did anyone answer the phone so I booked via the online service and this was just as poor, I received multiple emails saying my appointment time had been changed, I even had this right up until the day before.
Over all it was a really unpleasant treatment and somewhere I wouldn’t want to return to.

I went on Thursday to have my legs waxed .then went Friday had feet and nails done so happy with them Frankie done them what a lovly young. Girl I have booked again for it all to be done next month girls a Frankie and Molly a creadt to the shop thank u Sonia donovan

Had a massage and manicure done. Was a lovely relaxing experience. Clean environment and really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

This was the second physiotherapy appointment with Sarah. She has successfully helped me with shoulder injury and results are excellent. She is a very knowledgful professional ! Highly recommended.

Frankie is lovely, chatty and friendly. Great service. I have lashes here, and shellac manicure/pedicure. Great prices too.

My review is just to help you do better because this is a really nice place with some potential. Months ago I booked classic lashes but they were too natural for me and on the next booking decided to go for Russian volume, but all the in fills turned out totally different that how I wanted. Decided to remove the lashes because I wasn't feeling the look and thought maybe my own lashes weren't suitable for Russian volume extensions. After few months booked again for a full set of Russian volume the lady took less than 1 hour applying them and when she finished I looked at the mirror I was shocked by the how thin my lashes looked to be a volume full set, I'm not the type of person to make a scene and just left. At home I just wanted to put oil on it and removed but one of my friends gave me another place to book Russian volume extensions. 3 days later I finally got my fluffy and full eyelashes extensions that I always wanted, she took more than 2 hours applying them and even said the ones that I had before weren't proper Russian volume. I was treated really nicely at beauty box the place looks amazing but the service that I received wasn't the best. The young lady should take more time and effort to give customers what they want. Im an ex Thomas Cook employee and was very kindly treated to a free manicure by the lovely ladies in there . Exceeded all expectations and made us feel very special .Thank you for your very kind generosity.

Really friendly staff. Salon is immaculately clean and cleaned between each client. Prices are reasonable and the best selection of nail colours I have ever seen.
