Today was my 2nd visit. I had an ultra calming facial by Diane. I loved every minute. The care and the advice given throughout is second to none. Relaxing friendly and such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you very much...back again in 2 weeks for some more pampering ...cannot wait

Wow! I had the most amazing galvanic facial with Diane at @tranquility health and beauty. It was so fab to have a facial after so many months in lockdown and I felt very safe in that pristine clean environment.
The thing that impressed me most about the treatment was how Diane tailored it to exactly what I needed - I was booked in for a galvanic facial and Diane added a gorgeous ozone treatment too.
It's great to be back in the hands of such a skilled and dedicated professional as Diane, and her team of fantastic beauticians.

Absolutely love visiting Diane and the team. I visited post lockdown for a wax as I felt safe. I have known Diane for a few years now so I know that she previously always wears gloves and mask, this time was no different. The team have stepped up to the mark by taking temperature upon arrival and making you fill in a covid-19 questionnaire form. Masks are mandatory and hand washing happens visibly and frequently, as well as sanitising stations for customers to use. I am so happy that Tranquility is open and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had the eyebrow/eyelash tint and eyebrow wax package, which is such a good deal. Diane did my treatments and she is fab! Love the look once I’ve had this done. It is also lovely to come in for a chat!! Great place and service.

Diane was amazing, was no where near as painful as other waxes I’ve had done before, she did a really great job. She was really helpful and friendly too. Would defo recommend

First time having a Brazilian wax and armpits wax, the lady who did it was wonderful, professional, caring and easy to talk too. Over all amazing experience, practically painless. Will highly recommend!

I had an electrolysis treatment with Diane as normal facial waxing isn't strong enough 😕. I have sensitive skin and addressed this concern to Diane who put my mind at ease and suggested taking ibuprofen before my treatment and apply a numbing cream which helped. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly , she always puts a client comfort and needs first and thinks outside the box . I couldn't ask for a better beautician and I will never consider going anywhere else. A true gem 💎
