Started laser hair removal treatment again with HC Med Spa and it’s always a great experience. All of the staff are lovely and always helpful. I book in with Niloufar and she’s amazing. They have a great website/booking system which sends you reminders for your appointment. If you sign up to the marketing emails, they send out offers very often which is a bonus. Will always be my go to!

Worlds worst company, wouldn’t recommend them if they paid me money. Been having laser treatment which was not done correctly, they now want me to pay for a third course. Tried to resolve with their “head office” who everyday say they will call me and don’t. Most pathetic excuse of a company I have ever come across, their staff constantly quit and spend the majority of time complaining about their employer.

Avoid at all costs.

I had Morpheous 8, Hydrafacials, RF, all done so professional. Staff are polite, friendly, warm and they go above and beyond to help. I live far away from this clinic, but it's worth the travel. I wouldn't go elsewhere. Place is so clean, and covid regulations always followed. Thanks so much Rosie, Parris you are the best!!!.

I’ve been coming to this clinic / spa for over 12 years for waxing, laser and threading - I’ve never had a bad experience. The beauticians are always friendly, professional and expert at what they do. I’ve recommended it to so many friends and everyone who’s been has felt the same.

Amazing service, great staff, super friendly and so easy to make an appointment. Have been using this salon for over two years now and I’ve not been disappointed. Have also had lash lift done and again fantastic.

Harpreet and the team at HC MedSpa Finchley are great. My teenage daughter also loves coming here to get her eyebrows and lashes done. Treatments are gentle, professional and they are very responsible with kids. A pleasure.
