Charlotte made me feel relaxed as I was a little nervous. No need to be, I have had lots of compliments already. I can totally recommend her the best person to get any professional beauty treatments from, I was recommended about Charlotte. Very happy with my treatment.

It was easy to book online, everything you needed to know was explained on the website. It was my first visit and I cannot fault the service from beginning to end. Charlotte explained in detail all the aspects involved in my treatment, in a highly professional and friendly way, during the initial free consultation. I was feeling a little anxious on the actual day of the treatment and found that Charlotte quickly put my mind at rest, with her kìnd, understanding nature. She is a highly skilful and experienced practitioner and I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to everyone. On a practical level, it's great to have free car parking in a private environment.

I have been going to Charlotte for my lip fillers for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Charlotte is so lovely and friendly and puts you at ease. She is very professional and explains things clearly and answers any questions you have. The price of the lip fillers is very competitive with a service that is the same as a high end clinic. I always love my lips after! Booking is easy and can be done online so you can see available dates and times. The building is lovely, clean and stylish with parking out the front. Charlotte offers many other services which I haven’t tried yet but I will be exploring other treatments in the future
