Indulgence of Wembley

I wanted to do my nails for Christmas so I booked a appointment.
Daisy was allocated to do my nails .
I wanted ombre nails , more like a natural look of nails .
When she started to prepare my nail I noticed that she did not paid attention to details and looked very rushed .
She done a complete mess( far away from ombre nails) and I asked her to try again . No success this time to , so I asked her, politely to apply a colour to cover those ugly nails .
After all this I ended up with the ugly nails , bulky, uneven and all over the edges .
At home I sped 5 h trying to fix this mess , to have a least descent nail for Christmas

Lisa was amazing went above and beyond to get me the nails I want and I had such a great time. I'm very picky with my nails so she definitely set the standard would definitely recommend her to anyone! Can't wait for the next time xx

First time customer at this nail salon in Wembley and I don't think I've ever experienced something as atrocious as I did and I paid, what felt like an extortionate amount of money for it. My nails were bleeding and not in shape, I had to tell the woman to redo 2 of the nails as they were bent. My nails are very sore and as someone who usually doesn't get her nails done that regularly, this has for sure scarred me for life! If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I had gone in too book for a nail appointment for the next morning but felt little uneasy with the welcome
Were two staff members and one lady referred me to her colleague spoken to took my name and i said ok i will book as needed to get my nails done before leaving london. But as i stood there booking and then also enquiring as first time customer she walked away mid way she left me at the till area like a fool and went to continue providing pedicure to her colleague who was sat in chair comfortably. I am stood there thinking 'wait they do not need the business? Do i look bad? Had no interest in providing any customer care went on to treat her mate with a free pedicure. Very weird and rude. Not showing up to the apt ofcourse will look elsewhere. After just reading reviews (i did not before booking) i am glad i had not commited to the booking. Even if the lady herself was not doing my nails the attitude does not change my decision. Reflects on the business

The very first time I visited this place, it was somewhat inviting however on my second visit I requested to have my upper lip waxed as I had previously done so and had a great experience, The individual that did the wax left wax on my actual lip and didn't even have the decency to apologise to make matters worse. Today I went to get my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed again and I mentioned that she shouldn't get the wax on my lip because the previous visit she did. Instead of her to acknowledge her wrong doing her first response was 'It was an accident' that shows lack of accountability. Everyone that works in that company needs to have customer training on how to speak to customers politely its extremely important and could potentially drive all of their current customers away. When I entered the shop I wasn't acknowledged nobody asked what service I required their wasn't assurance for the wait time it was completely silent and the only people that were speaking were members of staff especially in their own language which is inappropriate especially in a business setting. I will be seeking my services elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend.

When trying to call and make an appointment. The phone is answered by employee who asks "... how can I help?", then promptly ends the call! Please don't let me get off my sofa and make a visit to your shop!

This is such a nice place to go to. I had to get my arms waxed and they were running late because of unexpected walk-in clients, and still they were wonderful. The actual experience also did not hurt, which as anyone who has been waxed before knows, can hurt if not done properly. I would definitely recommend these guys and will definitely revisit.

I went for first time and my experience was not good. The pricing stated by every staff was different. They said initially normal nail polish manicure as £12 and charged me with £15.
Also there wasn't much done for manicure..it was so quick with no proper filling, nail cutting shaping..not enough time was given neither the staff seem to be focused in doing manicure...i didn't enjoy the service at all neither would recommend to anyone.
