Wow. I was just looking at the location because I have a day off tomorrow and need a trim. The one and only review....showing a distinct lack of customers happy enough to leave a kind word.....describes every woman's worse nightmare.I don't even HAVE curly hair but it's basic physics that when cut wet the curls will bounce back when dry, reducing visible length. If there is such a lack of knowledge of hair that is enough to put anyone off. Couple that with condescending rudeness when the poor customer tries to resolve it, and lack of apology or offer to DO something....anything....Well. I'd rather cut my own damn hair, quite frankly, I certainly won't be coming here!

This WAS a really good salon it was always busy and an amazing owner and staff. Now it's taken over by a miserable woman who has no knowledge on hair at all!!!!! I asked for a wash and blow dry and she couldn't even do that but left me with a so called back combed hair and the worse curls ever that literally ripped my hair out while she was trying to curl it with the straighteners. She had the cheek to ask me to pay 35 hell no I told her i either walk out paying nothing or she takes 20 because that's how much it's worth. She took the 20!! I would never ever recommend this place absolutely disgusting!!!!!! She cannot dobhair eyebrows cuts hair dyes or even waxing!

Please think twice. Very poor.

My wife had her eyebrows done today and what a poor experience for a simple job.

She left in shock and speechless.

So many other places in Hounslow within a short walk.

Do yourself a favour and avoid.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Firstly, when I walked in for my appointment the woman was on her phone whilst cutting hair. I didn’t want to interrupt so took a seat assuming she’d talk to me when she hung up. She didn’t even acknowledge me for 30mins. I wish I’d walked out at that. I had a full head of highlights and a trim and both were absolutely awful. I wasn’t ever shown a colour chart or asked what I wanted. The lady clearly had no idea what she was doing and kept asking me what she should do. Very few highlights were put in even though I was there a very long time, there was lots of bleeding of the dye and it looked like I still had roots. A simple trim was messed up and uneven and I had to ask for the front to be done although I wish I hadn’t! I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed as it looked so bad. I read the reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the worst hairdressing experience I’ve ever had! I strongly advise against going to this awful place!

I went here for years until I was cut while the lady threaded my eyebrow. I didn't know what she did but she looked at her colleague spoke in her language and quickly got a tissue. I then looked up and I was still bleeding, she grabbed a broom and started sweeping like nothing happened, I said 'you cut me' she looked at me and said 'no dear, you had a spot that's why' I was shocked. Not one apology and acknowledgment, if there was I would of been fine with it. I haven't gone back since.

I am one of their customers. They are very friendly and respectful staff and the environment is very clean. I have been for leaser. Other beauty salon charge that amount for six sessions, but they charge that amount until all the heir is off. I strongly recommend this salon. Thanks Elegant Style ❤️❤️

I have used this hairdressers for many years but never again. Had my roots coloured which was fine and then asked for a trim and blow dry . I am sure the young assisant who did it IS NOT a qualified hairdresser .i got home and noticed how wonky and short the fringe is. I asked for it to be online with my eyebrows and there is no shape to the cut at all and the blow dry didnt even stay . Waste of time and so expensive . Im not happy at all

I really hate to write reviews unless their really goood and deserve one or really bad and like to make people aware. So this salon was sooooo good I am in love with my outcome couldn’t thank the lovely staff enough. Very kind people you’ll be in the right hands. Offering you food and drinks for free while you wait and finish your treatments they treat you more like family then a client and it’s where you want to be while getting your hair done by someone. More like Therapie for me then my hairdresser I always go here for everything.
