Went here to get chin and upper lip waxed and I have a complaint and will be coming in person tomorrow for a refund. The woman did my wax and i went home , only to see my skin was peeling and was burnt ! MY chin has several marks of burn from the wax as clearly the job was not done properly and now i am suffering from second degree burns. I will describe the lady to the manager in person as i do not feel like it is right to name and shame online but i am in actual disgust and now have to think of a solution to get rid of this burn as it is on my FACE .

Took my autistic daughter in for a quick trim today., which would be her 3rd visit. The first time she was seen without any problems, the second time the hairdresser didn't seem to happy to cut my daughters her as she was crying, which most children do. Me and her father were helping as much as we possibly could and to be honest it didn't seem like she was having alot of difficulties with her anyway. However today I booked ahead and again took my daughter in for a haircut. As soon As that same hairdresser saw my daughter she turned away and refused to even look at us or acknowledge us. I mean it's fine that you are being lazy and looking for a short cut in your job, not willing to take on a little challenge but to be straight out rude and ignorant especially a child with autism and that child's parents is totally unacceptable. Will not be using their facilities any longer and will make sure I pass my honest reviews on to everyone I know, including social media

Sandeep did my haircut today, it was done to perfection, she is so friendly and bubbly. She gave the right advice. Hair looks awesome. Highly recommended

Absolutely do not recommend. My mother went to get her full face waxing done at this place. After a few days, she started getting spots and infection on her face. Avoid at all cost, the place is unsanitary and probably use the same waxing sticks for multiple customers. (See the image below)

My daughter and I got a haircut from Sandeep and she gave my daughter the medium layers she wanted and gave me short layers, a gold facial and threading. She served us very kindly and I totally recommend her!

PLEASE do not go here. I got my lashes done and they have no clue what so ever with what they are doing, they did not isolate any lash and applied on the lashes on one lash causing tightness on my eye lid it’s been 2 days the redness has not left my eye, they didn’t eceb have proper eye patches to tape the bottom lashes. I went in store again to ask what they will do about and she said I can’t do anything and continued speaking to someone on the phone in her language withought replying or saying anything to me. All these comments where the store reply is just clout and they genuinely don’t care about the customer. My eyes are in a terrible state atm.
