Meena is a friendly and professional beautician. She is clearly well trained and is always happy to offer advice and guidance as to what treatments would be best. She has also always offered great value for money with the services and treatments she offers. I would definitely recommend her to others in the future.

The owner Meena does a great job on eyebrows but I had a facial done for £45 back in June 2017 and the foreign lady who works for her did an awful job I felt as if she rushed it and it was meant to be for 45 mins I was In there for 30 mins .. I have had this facial done in other salons before and I felt as if she wasn't trained and my skin just looked the same so I complained to Meena and said I wasn't happy about my facial and asked her weather her beautician was trained in doing demberasian facials and she said yes but didn't offer me a discount or apologise for my experience so since then I have stopped going in for my eyebrows aswell and won't be visting again in the future. Poor customer service from the owner.

Best Brazilian wax of my life and I've had plenty. My booking was with Meena and I cannot recommend her enough. She was friendly, fast and really thorough. Best result I've ever had. The salon overall has a nice and relaxed atmosphere, going to a new salon for an intimate treatment can be quite daunting but I felt immediately at ease. I'll be coming here from now on and I can't wait to try their other treatments .

Had a very good experience with Meena and Chanda today having my eyebrow ,upper lip threading and diamond peeling facial done .. both of them were really friendly and helpful catering exactly what I asked for . I had IPL hair removal treatement from meenas. I had a course of 8 treatments. After the 8 treatments the hair was still there and as advised i had for another treatment (9th) to diminish the remaining hair. Atleast 70% of the hair is still there if not more, so I wouldnt recommend this treatment to anyone else. The hair is slightly thinner and not as course however its no where close the the results I was told id get. I am disappointed to say the least as I spent alot of money. Wished id saved the hundreds i spent.
