Charlotte is very welcoming and spent a great deal of time with me discussing my expectations, the machines and technology she has and how they work. She was very honest and upfront and never once tried to talk me into something more expensive or that I didn't want/need. The clinic setting is clean and professional and I'm looking forward to starting my treatments!
