Best Brows

TERRIBLE! I had my nails done here before I went on a short break away for the weekend. I was really disappointed when the following day several nails on each hand had chipped. I rang and asked for a refund straightaway and despite a promise I have still not received a refund, they hang up the phone and are generally really rude. I don’t want my nails redone as they make such an awful job of them in the first place. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written but truly this place is appalling I just felt I had to.

I have been using Best Brows since they opened. The staff are helpful and accommodating. If you are not happy with anything they happily redo it. I always see Soeki and am very happy with the care she provides for me. They are reasonably priced as well as hygienic.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this salon. I had my eyebrows threaded here and asked for my brows to just be tidied up slightly, however they were threaded a lot thinner than I had expected. This is isn’t the best but my main issue is that when I left the salon and went to wipe some blood from my brow, I realised my skin had actually been cut and damaged in multiple places. No wonder the treatment was extremely painful compared to normal!

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, loved every bit of my experience with Suki. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. She took her time and treated me very well, outcome was perfect. Her extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. I am 9months pregnant and such a comfort on my first visit, would keep visiting and highly recommend.

3 stars for actually doing my brows

However, they lost 2 stars due to the woman working there abruptedly leaving me in between to tend to other customers when she was doing my brows. Found this rude and no respect for my time by keeping me waiting while she tends to others.

Would say to find a more professional place to get your brows done. Professionalism is lacking here.

I felt like I was kept waiting and then hurried out.

I also feel that 3 stars is me being very generous.

This is my regular place to come for my eye threading and pedicures. The staff are fantastic, particularly Suki. She always has a smile. Thank you

The only star is for the threading service they provide Otherwise the staff is really very rude and unprofessional

They can not answer the most simplest questions humbly to paying customers.

Very disappointed, would prefer to visit near by salons in Crawley or three bridges instead of visiting this place.
