Had my 1st facial with Abbie today. It was amazing, have already booked my next appointment. Abbie so friendly and explained everything to me that she would be doing. Lovely environment

Abbie was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable & at ease, & was frequentky asking if I was comfortable, & if there is anything she can do. The massage itself was so relaxing, the correct pressure was used & I was felt great during & after. The massage room was very clean & the ambience was perfect. I can’t fault anything & would deffo book again!

The staff are really friendly, the facial I had was relaxing. I also added on a shoulder and back massage which was a good addition too.

I have quite acne prone skin and was hoping for more of a consultation about what would be best for my skin and to be talked through the facial more. The facial itself was relaxing and I felt refreshed afterwards.

My first time at Utopia and it was great. The atmosphere is tranquil and zen, on par with hotel spas. Professional and friendly service from the lovely Isabella. The place is a treasure and very highly recommended. I will certainly be back.

Isabella was amazing! Very patient with me as I was really scared of getting my Hollywood wax at first. She also made me feel very comfortable and explained every step she was taking with me. I’ll be back again soon!

I had a Hollywood wax at 38 weeks pregnant and it was really pleasant. The service from Orla was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable and made the experience as painless as possible. I would recommend a million times again.

Offered a drink as soon as I got there by the girl at the desk so that was nice. I had my waxing done by Orla, who was friendly and very easy to talk to despite how anxious I felt. It was my first time so she advised me on after care once she was done too. Overall definitely recommend coming here :)
