Safia's Beauty Bar

Went to the Stevenage branch to have my eyebrows done. It was exceptionally painful and made my eyebrows bleed. I have had my brows threaded numerous times and never had this experience. I left with bleeding brows but was still charged. 2 days on my brows are scabby and still very tender. Please do not use this place.
Painful experience

Great salon for waxing & a full range of services. Bright, clean & hygienic environment. They make you feel comfortable & at ease with ‘intimate’ waxing, which let’s be honest, isn’t exactly the most relaxing procedure 😬. All the staff are friendly & professional, booking online is easy & so convenient. Thanks to all at Safia’s for providing such a lovely experience 🙏🥰

Went in for Classic lash extensions, but they were completed in only 20mins which was strange…. looked ok at first but then they got tight and uncomfortable after a week and I realised they had glued lots of my own lashes together and created little clusters.. needless to say as they grew out & fell out they took most of my eyelashes with them! Awful, nothing like usual experience of classic lashes. Never had this before, will never return. Glad they are off now, most uncomfortable lash extensions ever!

wax wasn't too bad - no one really spoke to you then was overcharged at the till after showing her that her website says £25 and she charged me £35 - don't recommend staff very rude too even when i first rang up the woman had attitude

I always had wonderful experience. I always done my eyebrows from safias beauty bar. And getting good compliment tht my eyebrows are very nice in shape ❤️I'm happy with their service. And environment is so frend And clear everybody are so polite And kind. ❤️ And the behavior of safia's is amazing alwell... I would recommend this beauty bar to my frend And relatives. 👍👍👍

First time coming here & it will be the last time! Was so slap dash, I had threading done & the woman never even asked how I wanted my eyebrows ie left as thick as possible, just a tidy up etc. she done it far too quickly so no wonder I was left with 2 very unequal eyebrows, 1 was done so thin which has really annoyed me because I grew them out especially to get a nice shape! She never once asked if I was happy with them & didn’t show me them in the mirror. All she said was “done” & wanted me out the seat as quick as possible even though the place was empty (which is no surprise). Awful communication & client care!! Avoid!!!!

I’ve been coming to safias beauty salon for a good few years now and I can honestly say there isn’t a better beauty salon in gravesend than this one. Everyone from the employees to the front desk are just so so so kind and really polite, the service there is amazing. They all have a brilliant attention to detail when it comes to natural beauty needs, I’m very specific with my eyebrows & I used to get nervous about anyone touching my face, but since I’ve been going to safias I’m so comfortable and confident and always happy with my eyebrows. I believe it is renea or Remmay (lovely lady who works there)she works in safias she is absolutely unreal with eyebrows I can honestly say 10/10 everytime she does my eyebrows. Never disappointed I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a beauty salon that does everything this is the one! Full package x
