this salon is lovely, i got my eyelashes done by klaudia who is very sweet and attentive! had a little issue with them, through no fault of the salon and the receptionist i rang (sorry didn’t catch your name!) was extremely helpful and sorted my issue immediately. amazing customer service :)

Really lovely, super friendly salon. I booked in for an eyelash and brow tint with threading and am very happy with the results. It was also the least painful threading I've ever had! Highly recommended, thanks so much! Emma

I was really happy with my treatment. Claudia was excellent, very friendly and professional. She gave me some great advice and made sure I was happy with everything. I found the prices reasonable. The salon was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Had a brilliant gel manicure that has lasted amazingly. Lovely smooth glossy application and the shape is really good. Plus they removed gel from another salon! This will be my go-to whenever I am in Bristol, best gel mani I have ever had.

Very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and ask for an appointment. They offered me one right then. Did my eyebrows in a rush and when I was looking in the mirror for a few seconds to check my eyebrows she ranted about having other customers. Their sign outside the door says %10 student discount but they refused to do it and were quite rude about it too, not apologetic or nice at all at least. But the worst thing is she’s not good at shaping eyebrows.

Very disappointed with my massage. The masseuse asked where I’d like it focused and i ask for my neck, shoulders and top of my back but 80% of the massage was her rubbing my neck with very little pressure, even after I asked for more pressure it was more like she was lightly rubbing oil into me rather than massaging me. The oil was also cold as well as the room so I was cold for the entire treatment. The bed wasn’t comfortable either so my awkward head position gave me a headache. It was also hard to relax and enjoy it when Spotify adverts kept interrupting the music. Very disappointed and wouldn’t go back.

Once again the talented Klaudia worked her magic and my nails look amazing. This lady has a gift. I always feel welcome at the salon and find all the team friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for more nail art 💕

Had two piercings here, my naval and tragus and both look and feel great! Everyone was so lovely and the place had a great atmosphere. Would definitely return for future piercings! ❤️
