Alina does know how to do lashes, and she does them well. However, this is all no good if you cannot keep appointments, leave customers waiting outside a closed shop for ages, canccelnbridal appointments and generally have bad manners. This has been my experience with Alina. I used to commute an hour to get my lashes done because she was so good buy after waiting outside the shop and no answer when I call, I gave up. That was a while ago but I feel so strongly about it I feel thr need to still warn others. She will do a fantastic job on your lashes, IF you can pin her down!

I'm usually left with bruises all over when I get waxing done, it's actually the first time I experienced not having bruises, very happy with the service. She was very quick and reassuring, explained me all the process and overall gave me the best and less painful experience ever. Super pleased with the end result. I'll be coming back for sure, thank you very much!

I booked a facial on Treatwell. It was painful to the point i had tears come out during it.I was left with bruises on my forehead. When I brought it up she simply said it would go away.

I had been going to this beautician for nearly 8 years on a nearly monthly basis, but ive had enough. On two occasions she hasn’t been in the shop and i had been waiting for nearly an hour calling texting no response, and her colleague saying she will be back. If you’re in sick understandable, but let your clients know so we can reschedule and plan our lives accordingly. After asking to reschedule on the second time I asked for a time that was available on her website, she said no good and cancelled my appointment and ignored my calls and texts. 8 year loyal client and this is how im treated, unbelievable.

I am such a perfectionist and very hard to impress. Believe it when I say this is the best place for beauty treatments! Customer service is always outstanding, regardless of how busy they are. They also give advice on best product/service to suit your needs and situation, even if it means losing out on cashing in more money from a customer. Try them and you won’t regret it!

Daniella is great and friendly, however, Alina is insulting and rude.
While me and mother were waiting for our appointment Alina came and was staring us down with judgment.

She then took it upon herself to let us know that we cannot receive the treatment because the treatment chair is broken and because of our weight she does not want us to break it even more. Yes we are aware we are plus size but to be told that was extremely insulting and embarrassing.

If the pedicure chair is broken, it should not be used as it is not safe for people who are plus size and people who are skinnier. It can still cause injury.
So a warning, do not book at this place if you are plus size or bigger in statue as Alina will have no hesitations to let you know you will break the chair even more. Furthermore, if you are someone of colour she will have no hesitations to let you know that she is not racist too.
