They've got no clue of what they are doing!!! They burn your hair!!

I had my roots bleached there in September 2021 and since then my hair has been braking off like crazy! I've spent hundreds of £ on Olaplex trying to stop it... but nothing really works. I am thinking about taking them to Court because they've destroyed my self confidence, my mental health and my budget !!
I am investing in bringing this place down because they take your money and make you miserable!
I will totally get the money the owe me for what they've done by destroying my hair for more than 8 months!!!! Can you be ok with that!????

Very poor service!!!! to say the least !!!!
I ma still suffering from what Suzana has done to my hair 7 months ago !
May hair has been breaking off although I have been treating it with the most expensive Olaplex products!!!
I am now left with no hair because o HER!
I am going to take this salon to court !!

The best salon in area, you can get all treatments in one place. My hair was so demage with bleach before but when I come to this salon the lady make a miracle with hight quality profesional products. I like sunbeds, nails, eyelash extensions and now they start to do facial procedures. 😍Hight recomend this salon. 👌

Professional hairdressers I use regularly. They take their time to give great results on cut, colouring and styling. I highly recommend.

I found this little gem by accident, I am super happy that I did and after almost 12 months I don't go anywhere else.
I have been going here for cuts, colour foils and great blow drys. Suzanna is amazing, very professional and caring.
I wouldn't go any where else.

So they charged me 20 pounds and I ended up going to another hairdresser to fix their job…not recommended at all!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Not professional at all. I did call the salon to arrange an appointment, they booked me in for hairdresser instead of nails. Came all the way to the salon just to find out they are fully booked and have no availablity for my appointment. The staff member on reception did not even apologize! They definitely need to improve their customer service and English , never using them again
