Arrived for my 11am appointment this morning as it was a gift from my son, to be told the QR code On my paperwork didn’t work. She asked me to call my ex husbands wife (who had booked it on behalf of my son) to get the QR code from her phone! How inappropriate! When they had provided me with all the details, including QR code in readiness for the appointment. I left in tears. Not at all what I expected from a beauty salon and empowering women to feel confident and beautiful! Absolutely disgusting.

I had a groupon deal for a hair cut. Very professional, efficient, clean and friendly. Would go again myself and recommend to others, thank you :)

Very good Indian head massage.

Went in to get my seconds done. First she came out behind the curtain with a nose strip on- not very professional. She lined them up on my ear and used the piercing gun. On the first ear she lined it up fine but got the gun stuck in my ear and had to try and pull it off. Then for the second ear I thought she lined it up fine but when she pierced it unusually hurt a lot more than the other one as she had pierced WAY TOO HIGH catching onto the cartilage of my ear and then proceeded to say oh thank god when she again unprized the piercing gun from my ear. When I look in the mirror as said they were way too wonky she said well it’s not too bad only a little bit and said I can take it out and re do it but the pain was so bad I didn’t want to risk getting it infected. I left the shop went back 5 mins later and asked for a refund and she gave me £8 but the piercing was £20 then as I left slammed and locked the door behind me.

I LOVED this service, I've been getting my eyebrows threaded by a number of beauty lounges in Northampton and I can say that this is the best my eyebrows have been threaded in the last three years that I've been in Northampton . I would really recommend this Beauty Lounge 😍

My girlfriend had an appointment there for 17:30,she called before around 14:00 to make sure that its still on because somewhere says that they are closing at 18:00,the answer was yes everything is fine we are closing at 19:00,she’s going there and on her way was called and told that oh you are coming or not cuz we want to close earlier you didnt get my message?(what message in conditions where they didnt send any),wait im on my way ill be there on time for my appointment-“ok we gonna wait 5 minutes”.
Once arrived gf is showing to that woman 3!!pictures 3!!!!and asking her in the same time if she is able to do that haircut or not and the answer was affirmative that yes i can do it,once started she asked more time if she can do that haircut or not cuz its no problem gf can go in other place if they are not able to but still answer was affirmative,the result was like her hair was cut with an axe or someone pulled her hair off and not even cut evenly totally not how the pictures were showing what answer you think she got after she vomplained about it-“im sorry im sorry was a misunderstanding,it will grow back” how can be a miss understanding when im showing 3 pictures all the same haircut and im asking you non stop if u are able to do it or not?!
The end result was that my girlfriend couldnt stop crying all the way home and even at home was crying and stressing and panicking that she cant walk on street like that and she cant even look in the mirror at her own hair she didnt even want to show me how they destroyed her hair wich now we need to search for a expert hairdresser wich will cost a lot of money to repair what this woman messed up and didnt even apologized or try to repair her fault
Why you work there if you dont like what you doing or if you dont have enough training?!if you dont care about your clients or if you dont want to assume your mistakes then dont be there!!!

Bought a Groupon for this place, booked an appointment, turned up and it was not even open. A phone call would have been good to save me a wasted journey.
