They aren't interested in gaining new customers. Called up to make an appointment for some highlights. They said I'd need to come in for a consultation. No problem.
Then they say I would need to go in for a consultation and then return back on a separate occasion to actually get it done. Who has time to do this? All I want is some highlights. If they don't want my money I'll go somewhere else. Unhelpful and difficult.

I just had Balayage done here for the first time in a long time, and it is perfect. Laraine really listened to what I wanted and has fulfilled the brief and more! Super happy, will definitely be back.

Fantastic service for both hair and beauty. Recently had a hair colour appointment with Beth their junior stylist who was brilliant! Very talented for a newly qualified stylist.

Lovely friendly salon, the staff are very welcoming. I have used both the junior stylists and can highly recommend. They are both keen young stylists who clearly have a passion and flair for hair dressing. I have also used the beauty department for manicures - I have never been disappointed with the results. So many colours and nail art options available.
