I always really look forward to my treatments at Lottie Loves. You step off the bustling pavement into Lottie's beautifully styled salon, which is the epitome of calm. There's always a warm welcome and a lovely cup of tea offered straight away. I always have my nails done there and having been to all the salons in Guildford over the years, I won't go anywhere else now - they are not only expert beauticians but they take genuine pride and care in their work and are a pleasure to chat to for an hour or so as you put the real world on hold for a while and just enjoy being pampered. Thank you Lottie and team!

Lottie is so wonderful, my mum, sister and I have been seeing her for our nails for about 3 years now. Her salon is beautiful and the girls there are so sweet. Grace now does my nails and I'm always so happy with them and feel so pampered whenever I visit Lottie Loves. Wonderful ladies and a wonderful salon.

Absolute BEST salon in Guildford!!! I had such a phenomenal first appointment with Roxy today... she was so detailed and thorough on cuticles and skin around the nails, took her time, and was SO caring and personable. This is definitely my new spot!!! Fantastic space, beautiful work and even more beautiful staff. A+++

The staff are friendly, yet professional. Nothing is too much trouble. My friend & I had "Shellac" manicures, bought as a Birthday gift from my son. We were told what was going on at every step & asked our preferences prior to that. I had a complimentary cup of tea with biscits. The whole experience was very relaxed & enjoyable. Very happy with the way my nails look.

Emily was lovely, she gave me time & advice to choose my wedding nails. The French manicure was very neat (even my mum, who isn't a fan of French nails, loved them!).

I knocked off a star because we had to move rooms during the treatment because the polish was curing in the hot sunlight coming through the window. This is nothing against the staff at all, but it was a bit of a faff & did add to the treatment time. I definitely think management need to invest in some blinds if the sun has such an impact on treatment.

Overall, nice atmosphere, great staff & results, but needs blinds!

Highly recommend Lottie Loves. I had my first experience there today and it definitely won’t be the last. Natasha was great and I am so pleased with my pedicure. A real gem for nails in Guildford!
