Do not book an appointment at this salon! I had booked 1 appointment and was rudely told to go away and come back tomorrow. I booked again today to give them the benefit of the doubt and was told there were 2 people waiting and I would either have to wait about 30 minutes or come back tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again, there are too many nail salons to choose from.

I took a lady with learning disabilities and slightly disabled down one side for her nails done for a up coming christmas party. On arrival the women (nail technicians) were completely rude trying to overcharge for a start and then refused to do it due to her disability. I was shocked by the sheer lack of customer service and the tone of her voice. I would not recommend this place as they completely discriminate against people with any disability. They then went to vip nails who was more than happy to help and went the extra mile absolutely outstanding results too.

Awful, dropped wax over eye lid and lashes. Then ripped my eyelids skin off. Never paided because so bad.

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely disgusting experience today at Angel Nails. I’ve had problems in the past where my nails have been rushed or the shaping has been poorly done. Today was ridiculous, I rang to see if I could have an infil at 1pm. As I turned up two members of staff are trying to do 5 different ladies different services. Everyone is waiting and each of their service was starting and stopping.

I waited twenty minutes for my infils to be started, my nails were painted terribly and I was covered in gel polish. When I asked for them to be completely removed they told me I’d have to pay more yet they messed my nails up in the first place. My nails are left sore along with damage to the cuticles.

Walked out without paying and currently trying to remove the acrylics myself. Just bothered about the money and not the clients.

Friendly staff, always do a great job on my nails. Great that you can book an appointment.

Tracey what a legend you and your staff was tonight, 10 teenagers turned up at once for there nails to be done and not including all the normal appointments there was. you all managed so so well, well done to you all, I always recommend everyone to your place
