I had my eyebrows waxed & then a little bit of threading for shape on Saturday 5th December with a new member of staff! They are the best eyebrow shape I have ever had. So so so impressed. Thank you <3 I love to keep my eyebrows thick and not overly shaped, this lady listened to EXACTLY what I asked for, which is very rare. So thank you again!

I had my eyebrows waxed at Emma’s on Monday and I am so disappointed. The wax the woman out on was so hot I now have burns on my forehead and eyelids. I find the staff very unprofessional. I will never return to them after this experience.

I won’t be going back. The lady did a rush job, took off too much hair from my brow. I fed this back to and she was confrontational and started saying unkind things in her language. It’s a no for me.

I went in for a clean up and firstly she was on hands free . I felt that was abit rude I kept thinking she wass talking to me. Secondly when I got home my eye brows were still hairy and patchy. Rubbish place would give it a zero.

Went once and they messed my eyebrows up so bad I went today to try again website says shuts at 18:00 I went in at 16:20 and they refused to sit me as they were closing obviously wanted to go home early. BAD BAD BAD. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible, she was on the phone the whole time, my eyebrows weren’t done properly, I had patches she’d left and she made one shorter in length, when I told her that she said mine were naturally short (when they’re actually longer!). I didn’t want her doing anymore and left immediately.

just save yourself and dont go, quite rude and my lashes look awful, they use primark individual fans and used 1 length on the whole eye in the corner of my eye the lash just goes down and theres a blob of glue.

End result ok but the lady whilst doing my eyebrows I thought was chatting to me in a different language I said I didn’t understand her she said “im talking to my friend” and continued to do so via her ear pods on her mobile phone until she’d finished.
I found it extremely rude and and told her I’d paid £8 for barely 4mins of her time to do my eyebrows and had expected her full attention!
Was she bothered - not in the least! I’ll never return!
