I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted there for 3 years and I am never disappointed with the experience or the results. The staff is highly professional and their reward system very appealing (5th one 1/2 price, 10th one free). I have brought many friends there and will continue to do so.

Had an appointment booked for 10.15 today in bedminster shop. Was not open and locked I rang the mobile number on the shop front and she said she will get back to me and find out where her sister was to.

When she finally rang back after me waiting in the cold for 10 minutes she gave some poor excuse of the lady had to be some where, then go some where else and she can do 11. If I wanted 11 I wouldn’t of booked for 10.15. I go away tomorrow and only time I could of got done is this morning. Joke.

Walked in without an appointment at 4pm on a Friday. Fantastic helpful staff . Loved the results, had my eyebrows threaded and tinted . Good prices . Will be returning

Disgusted with this salon. Purchased Groupon voucher as gift. Couldn't get hold of salon initially. Eventually got through an appointment made. This appointment was then cancelled by salon and alternatives made. Turned up on new dates and no beautician or anyone turned up, no replies to telephone calls. Left waiting!
Since then I have tried to call and was promised a return call. Still waiting and dont hold up much hope.
Really unethical and unprofessional business conduct. DO NOT USE THIS SALON

The threading service is very good but not very personal/private as if there are customers waiting, they can see EVERYTHING that you are having done. A bit embarrassing with the upper lip etc. Even more embarrassing in the Summer when the front door is wedged open and so people walking/driving past can see in!

They took my money (cashed in my groupon voucher) then cancelled my appointment after i had been asked to review the service and explained that i had not yet received the service. Never had this with a groupon voucher. In my view this is a very unethical and unbusinesslike practice.

I met Neelo for the first time and what an amazing job she did! My previous threader had moved away so I was looking for someone new to go to. I won’t be going anywhere else. Neelo did such an excellent job. So professional and caring too. Thank you so much Neelo. I will be seeing you again soon xx

They are very good and professional and I have gone there every time for my eye brows and for my waxing and they are really good at what they do in their work I would recommend my friends and family. To go there
