I first found Charlotte nearly 7 years ago by chance through a friend who had gone to her to get her brows done.
She is absolutely amazing, you won't get your brows done anywhere else so perfectly. She knows how to shape the brows to suit each person's face. And her attention to detail is so great....i honestly would never go anywhere else and be as happy. On top of the service you also get a good chat. She is extremely friendly but very professional 😊😊😊

I have had CACI facials and HD brows with Charlotte for 5 years now and even though I've now moved to Brighton, I still travel to her for treatments and wouldn't go anywhere else. This ladys work is a work of art. I've been to Charlotte many times over the years to have my eyebrows done. Also had my semi perm eyeliner and eyebrow tattoo. You can put your brows in Charlotte's experienced hands! I went in having no idea what exactly I wanted (other than great brows) but Charlotte had the perfect combination of a great visual eye, aesthetic knowledge, and all round experience to ensure a fab result. I'm a new regular!

I highly recommend Charlotte. She's got some brilliant anti-ageing treatments that she delivers with warmth and a down-to-earth approach. In my opinion, Charlotte's eyebrow shaping skills and her Genosys micro-needling treatments are the best in town. You'll see a real difference in eye bags and jowls with her Genosys treatment, and it's currently twice the price at one of the top London hotels! Definitely worth a visit to Charlotte.
