Totally professional from booking the appointment to the actual facial. Mukti did a consultation of my face and explained what products she's going to use for the facial and why. Hot air was blown onto my face during mulitple cleansing which was different to other facials I've had before. There was extraction and a mask. Mukti explained facial care and recommended products that would suit me. Definitely recommending to friends and will be going back.

"beauty salon" is a health hazard. So gross and unsanitised. A huge pile of cut hair with cotton thread left unswept in the middle of the room (god knows how long that had been there for), discarded tissues, thread etc left on the counter. A counter that has probably never had detol applied to it. Even the bin looked revolting. The room also smells unpleasant - like soiled nappies/stale food & sweat. The lady had her child with her whilst working who said she needed to pee. As I was leaving, she lifted her daughter up to use the only sink in the room to pee in (the sink to wash hands and hair, which also looks unclean) 😷

First of all let me change the description of what this place is... This is not a beauty salon... It is a hairdressers or maybe even better a barbers.

There are at most times 4 male hairdressers at minimum 2 here that cut hair. For the most part they cut mens hair, i'd imagine out of every 1000 hair cuts they do 5 are for women. So just to clarify that so expectations are realistic when visiting.

They do good fades, good normal cuts with scissors by hands, offer good clean shaves with a razor. They have every trimmer, attachment and product needed to give good haircuts and shaves.

They have a toilet and can wash hair too if you would like. They are very busy at peak times say for example after usual work hours so sometimes you may have to wait 20+ minutes to get a hair cut. I have been coming here for the last 6 months and have been happy with my hair cuts and beard trims.

They have great opening hours 7 days a week too. Prices are very good and realistic. A barbors a few shops down charge almost twice the price for the same treatments.

Eyebrows shaped well however there were several hairs left. Make sure u take a face mask as they will not provide services. Nice and cheap so can't complain.

Always come here for treatments. Ruby is such a lovely person and does an amazing job. I'd recommend a facial with Ruby, she works her magic and does an excellent job.

I think its a good place and local too. However the prices keep changing depending on the beautician thats in that day. Prices shouldn't have to change based on the staff working that day. It suppose to be fixed price especially when they have a leaflet right there quoting completely different prices for those exact services. When you enquire about it they just say that the leaflets are not up to date lol.

No answer and the other reviews say it all, it's a same as there are not many local beauty shops and this would do well if operated properly.
