Silvia Gulleri Beautician - Ellegieffe Hair Saloon

I've been going to this saloon for over 2 years for full body waxing and I've always been happy with the quality of the service. The ladies working there are professional and welcoming. The wax is suitable for sensitive skin, it's hypoallergenic. Prices are the most affordable around London, especially if you decide to become a member, prices get even cheaper. The saloon is super clean and tidy, everything is regularly sanitized and looked after. I would recommend this saloon to everyone. ❤️

I went there to have my hair done and, when in front of the shop, I found out that they temporarily had no hairdresser (there was a note sticked to the door saying that...). What a pity! I hope to update my review in better very soon... for now just a neutral review.

It’s almost 5 years since the first time I walked in to their saloon, and since then never been to a different one! I did body wax and laser, highly recommended for their professionalism and care. They are always so thoughtful (even offering water, coffee every single time) and super flexible trying to accommodate my requests and timetable 🌟 also yesterday for the first time, I did my hair there, cut blow and colouring. Carlotta is an absolute star! I loved the result so much, her knowledge and hairstyle tips are precious! Thank you ❤️

TLDR: They'll ignore what you ask for and just start shaving your head.

I started coming here in 2017 - but as of today I'm never even setting foot near the place again. All the previous times went well (that's why I came back), but today I went in for my usual haircut, showing the same three photos as always (of the usual cut they did for me) - but before I realized what was happening, the hairdresser (Carlotta, apparently she's new) decided to ignore the photos and instead shaved the sides and back of my head right down. Just like that. Shorter than anyone would ever want, and completely different to the photos I showed her - see the comparison for yourself (the ones with the shorter hair show the hatchet-job she did). And she didn't even do it evenly. Utterly disastrous. They didn't try to charge me, but probably because they knew they never could.

Only come here if you're prepared for them to shave your head without warning.

It is almost 5 years that I’m a client at Silvia’s beauty centre. The service is always amazing and I’m always satisfied with my waxing!
They have a very good choice of products, that are very gentle on the skin and also have a good smell (like the chocolate wax!). Silvia has very high standard when it comes to her staff and all the girls have a really good hand when it comes to waxing (best results with really little pain).
Down note maybe is the language, for not Italian speaker could be a bit challenging sometimes, but prices are fair and you get a full Italian experience!

It was my first time coming here, and it was a wonderful experience! I was early and they didn't even have me wait; both Monica and Carlotta were extremely professionals, and I am so very happy with the treatments! I will definitely come back again and try the other services that they offer as well, thank you!! :)

I booked a luxury facial and a classic pedicure and Roberta did a wonderful job with boths.. She pampered me so well that a day after I still feel relaxed and my skin is so smoothie today!
She gave me also a great legs massage during the luxury treatment and I enjoyed every seconds her delicate but stimulating touch.
