The old lady that does the eyebrows is not very good at doing it. She done mine a few times and it always ends up still looking the same like i haven't even done it! Took her ages and then when i wanted it tinted i told her i don't want it on for too long and when she took it off she kept rubbing it so much so then again it didn't look tinted. The young lady that works there does brows nicely but she isn't very friendly she seems to take it as a negative that people prefer her than the old lady. Also i don't know why we have to lie down to have brows done it feels weird lol maybe invest in some chairs....

The old ladies that work there are sweet and friendly, but one of the old lady that does eyebrows there left a gap on my eyebrows which I never had. When I showed her and said you took too much off here and left a gap, she lied and said it was like that when it wasn't because my eyebrows were fully grown and I know how my eyebrows look. There's a young girl that works there, who wears a scarf does eyebrows really nicely, just how I want - however, she's not welcoming or friendly, doesn't smile. When she's done with another customer, she just opens the curtain with a moody face, no hello or smile and just says "come" which I find abit rude tbh.

Terrible service! They don’t understand what customer wants and overcharge you. Both young and old lady is negative and doesn’t talk appropriately

I went in to buy earrings for my second piercing the lady doesn’t understand what your trying to say or what you want and she kept showing me the piercing gun and I told her I don’t want a piercing I want earrings for the piercing i already had. I spoke English with them so I don’t know what was hard to understand about that and the lady had to check my ear for what I wanted soo stupid and she flipping pushed the backing on my earring that I had on my second piercings and now my second piercing that’s healed ages ago is now flipping infected. If there was a option for 0 starts I would’ve gave this place 0 stars!!!

I specifically asked for her to remove excess hair however the elderly woman decided to reshape my eyebrows :(

Today I took my daughter for her hair cut fist time in this salon, where we been seen by a very humble lady and very friendly, she was very professional and very caring, also she did very good job.

I will recommend this salon to all who want to be in a peaceful environment and want your hair to be beautifully done by a professional hairstylist.
