Love having my nails done by Vicki she has great ideas for nails. All the girls are welcoming and pleasant. They are always smiling they give 100% to all their clients. Vicki is Amazing. 💅

I have want to say I have been attending Morenas for 14 years and I have always had a great service. All staff are warm and friendly. I also get my brows done. -all by Vicky , Such good service, always accommodating if I need to change an appointment.

Mum to have her pedicure they are very accommodating to her. I

I have been going to Morena’s now for around 8 years! I travel for about 30 minutes to get here from Canterbury purely because of the great work, great atmosphere and lovely catch ups. Everyone is so nice and Sarah always smashes it out of the park for me - especially with a tea and biscuit every time. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Worth every minute of travel and every penny I have spent. Love you all!

I have been going to Morena's for almost 12 years now and I have never felt more valued as a customer. My nails are always flawless and look amazing. I have also had waxing done as well as lashes in other rooms and they are always clean and a peaceful place to be treated in. The downstairs area is lovely and so relaxing when having my lashes done or a pedicure. All of the girls that work there are so lovely and welcoming from the minute you step in the door to the minute you leave. I could not recommend Nails by Morena more!

I love having my nails done here. The girls are friendly and welcoming ( unlike some other salons), Sarah does my nails beautifully and I never have to worry about them till my next appointment. Never have I been disappointed in 3/4 years. It’s a relaxing atmosphere, nice cup of coffee, easy listening music in the background and I feel pampered which is more than I have felt in other salons.

I have been using Morenas for over 12 years now and this is my treat to myself every month. I love the friendly, fun, vibe and feel safe in the hands of any of the highly qualified girls offering treatments. Vicki does my nails and I am always delighted with the results. The service is professional and I feel valued and taken care of as a client every visit without exception. I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience.

The worst manicure experience I've ever had! They kept me waiting for 35 minutes after my appointment time and the manicurist didn't seem at all bothered by the fact I'd been kept waiting. I got a 'sorry, I'm running late' in a half-hearted way of apology which did not come across as sincere. Then after starting work on my nails she started to work on the next customer too! Appalling customer service and I needed to go to another salon for them to sort out the
dreadful job done at Morena's. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and went out of their way to ensure their products didn't have any harmful substances in as I am currently 14 weeks pregnant. Really thumbs up for surety and great nails afterwards. Would recommend.
