Nail studio tanning and beauty by Lisa

I have had my nails done a few time from here and my mum has them done all the time they are beautiful nails and well paid for very polite staff and owners this is a good recommended place to have fantastic nails

I have my nails done here every 4weeks without fail. The owners now run n work the shop n the place has had a gorgeous revamp. I have the gel nail polish n it last the whole 4 weeks no chips or fading all new colours the only difficult part is choosing what to have there are so many.
Most importantly I have a few health issues n panic attacks Im made to feel welcome n put at my ease by the wonderful couple that own Studio Nails. Not just a nail shop theres tanning beds waxing botox plus other beauty procedures.

grubby, tatty, incorrectly used drill type instrument to remove gel polish, instead of correct remover infused wraps. also used non brand gel polish instead of proper gel polish, which then caused difficulties in removal by my regular beauty therapist at a proper salon and has damaged my nails. would not return and certainly would not recommend as does not meet acceptable standards in hygiene, skill, etc.

Very unhappy I wanted a infill and re painted I was left with these and charged £30 when it said £25 to start of With
Bubbles in the nails not painted well at all
When I went back because I was just so unhappy I was refused a refund and refused to soak them off for me
I’m absolutely disgusted would not recommend!
£30 to sit at home and pic them off and bruise all my nails
Lisa the owner then went on to insult the nails I came into the salon with and called me a liar
This salon was once one of the best in fleetwood now it’s rude customer service and rushed jobs

Been taking my mum here for her nails for well over a year. Amazing friendly service. Efficient and brilliant value. My mum can’t wait for her next appointment every time.

Did lash lift, took 15min?!? Usually takes 1h at other salons. Did not lift my lashes at all. She also tinted my lashes after (which is normal for a lash lift) but left me black around my eyes and tinted only half of my lashes. Would have expected a little bit better for 25£… waste of money😅 Adding a photo of how I usually look after my lash lift from other salons so you can see the difference.

Unsatisfied with the way my eyebrows turned out. No attention to detail, a few stray hairs, service felt rushed and I really don't like how they look. Didn't get my eyebrows threaded, but waxed. Asked whether they do it and they waxed it instead. The service is cheap and I got what I paid for. Rather spend a little more to have them done properly and done well.
