Brow Buzz

I feel so awful writing this review as the ladies in the shop are so nice , However I have now been 2 times the 1st visit I just put it down to them having a bad day . However went today and and had eye lash tint and eyebrow tint ....
left tint absolutely everywhere on my skin she also waxed my upper lip and just did this with no care missed half of the hairs .

They are not cheap as it’s not a high end salon but seem to think they can charge these prices .
To be honest I just wanted to get out of there and know not to return . It’s taken me ages to get the tint off my skin .

Sorry ladies not a professional service and seems it’s just a cash cow with no love and care . Hygiene is not great either .

I hope moving forward the mamangement and beauticians will have a discussion or training so that business will survive .

Absolutely terrible experience. First time I came here the lady did an excellent job. 2nd time round, disaster. They have a new lady who was transferred from another shop. Did not follow my direction or requests at all. Took off far too much hair, both eyebrows are uneven and not even tidy. As I said I'm not happy with them she seemed soooo unbothered didn't even attempt to fix them or be slightly compassionate about her mistake. Awful service would not recommend at all. Ruined my Valentine's weekend.

Excellent service and Rakesh is very friendly and caring. Love my eyebrows and very happy with the waxing. Had no redness after treatments. Would recommend

I got my wax and tint done here for the first time.
As i want quick service as i needed to rush so the staff named rakesh did fab job and too efficiently. She was such a swthrt.

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.
I have been comeing here for some time to get my brows threded. Lovley lady always done them really well. I always paid £6. Recently there is a new missurable ignorant woman who is the boss working there. So i sat down. Normal lady did my brows really well and as i went to pay she said that £10 please. £10!!!!!. The lady that did them said sorry it was her that told me ( pointing to the horrible boss lady ) . She said for men its £10. Now i dont have massive bushy eyebrows. The woman requesting 10 pound had bigger brows then me!!. Last time i checked eyebrows are universal no matter what sex? From what ive seen and herd they seem to just charge what ever they want when they feel like it. And im sorry but im not paying £10 when the place is digusting. I mean i walked in sat down and she did my eyebrows within 10 mins with a bit of string how does that cost £10. Oh sorry i forgot the 99p pack of 100 pads that i had a 1 from with a bit of morrrisons own aloe vira really effects the cost !!

I've been using brow buzz for quite a while. I've always gone out of my way to go there for my eyebrow waxing as i live in oxted. Today was the last straw for me. I had a look online before leaving the house to double check what time the shop closed and i made sure i was there with plenty of time. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Eyebrow waxing takes 5 minutes. When i arrived, the door was locked and the woman was sweeping the floor. I asked for a simple eyebrow wax and she shook her head and turned away. The worst customer service for a loyal customer.

This is about the 4th time I have attended for eyebrow threading. I visited last weekend and was seen by Jaylene/Joselyn (really bad with names). The usual lady I see wasn't there so I was a bit nervous about seeing someone new, but it was a pleasant and professional experience. The shape I already had was maintained. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my brows as its always quick but they don't forget attention to detail.

Incredibly unhygienic, the staff talk in their language in front of customers, the woman I had kept yanking my head in the direction she wanted it when she simply could've asked or gently turn my head. She hadn't changed the wax stick she used on the customer before myself and I had to ask for a new one. She didn't wash or sanitize her hands in between customers either. If you're very concerned about covid-19 then please do not enter this place as their protocols... well they have none. I 100% will not be returning! Rude and very unhygienic.
