Really bad hair cut. My cut was extremely uneven at both sides. The girls hands were shaking, and taking all of her concentration to keep them as steady as possible. I'm very sorry we all deserve the opportunity to start and gain experience, but not at the expense of my hair. It is thinning and i needed some creative advice and was given non, even though i asked. Also when i went in there for a price list the place was a ghost town, and when i went in for the cut, again a ghost town. Enough said. I wanted a senior stylist, so i could get the maximised styling, but they only had a junior stylist available on that day and it was a friday. Steer clear. They couldn't even get my tea right and the biscuit was a month past its sell by date, ironic as this place seems to be a year or two past their sell by date. Sorry to be cruel, we all need to start somewhere, and i hope the girl in question begins to flourish really do.

I took a keratin treatment to control my frizzy hair. My hair is wavy and when they said.. its not going to make your hair straight, i was happy. All i wanted was my hair to be tamed. They also told me that it would last for 3-6 months. However the results were different.. it stayed for 2weeks only!!! I even bought a keratin shampoo and conditioner that costs £40 along with the treatment £150. Totally NOT worth it!!!!!

I always walk out of there loving my hair cut even when I change stylist. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I had a bad experience with an unfriendly threading lady. She didn’t listen to my request of keeping my eyebrows thick and it was a very painful service. Steer clear!

I had my roots done and the paint was all over my face, sides of my face, the back of my neck. When I asked for dye to be removed I was handed the wool and solution to take it off myself.

I asked for highlights at front of my hair and when dry could not see any colour! I could live with both those things but what I could not live with is how the lady spoke to me. She seemed overwhelmed by a colour I could not see and commented that my husband and I should have **** ***!!!! I cannot write it but knew that I came to somewhere I thought was professional only to be spoken to like I was related to her!

I called to complain and say my family ( ALL OF THEM) could not see any colour so would like a refund and would not be returning

The woman who’s business it is said I should come in and they will redo it, I would never set foot in that place again after being spoken to in such a demeaning way.

She said on Saturday she would call me

I called and she said they would refund half and when I called she said they could not refund my card ( WHY NOT ITS A BUSINESS AND TOOL PAYMENT BY CARD (saying she was busy with a client - when I drove past before I called and she was sat at reception on her phone)

I would not go there again, she even had the audacity to tell me the owner said the conversation between the ‘hairdresser’ and me was confidential! In what way because just the two of us were left after the other woman went home!

So disgusted they can keep the money!! Paris beauty or AJ’s and Glamour Garage would be professional

With such competition and always empty why would you not be polite to the people lining your pockets!

Comes back to the same old thing “ YOU ONLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”

Keep my money and hope people read this and don’t have the same awful experience as you BOTH have given me!!
