I love coming here to have eyebrows tinted and waxed. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this salon. Professional, friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy too

I went to have my brows waxed and was completely burnt 2 days ago and the lady who did my brows did not even have the audacity to tell me that My eyelids had sores. When I got into my car I looked into the mirror and had a shock of my life and up to now I am in pain and my eyes have got sores. I would not recommend and am taking this further

Stood waiting for 10 minutes, then another lady came in and they told her to sit down in a seat before me ... went over to the Camberley branch instead which were fantastic as always.

Got done my waxing done . I truly loved the services. Ms Meena has done a really good job . I loved the way she was truly professional and 100 percent at her work.

Always a lovely atmosphere and the work these ladies do on hair removal is exceptional. I have sensitive skin, and I never have any problems. Thank you, ladies. 👍🏻

Yazmin is very professional and does an amazing job at my eyelashes, this is the second time i’ve had them done with her and I won’t go anywhere else. She takes time and makes sure you’re happy at every step.

I’ve never had my nails done before and wasn’t too sure what to expect!
My toe nails and hands look perfect! The ladies made me feel comfortable and advised on the best treatments I should go for! Very clean and still using PPE as per the Government Guidelines.
I will definitely be going back.

It was my first time at serenity in Farnborough today and it was the most delightful experience. The wonderful lady who was waxing my legs was amazing to talk to and extremely gentle, (I however didn’t catch her name unfortunately) I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and welcome. My legs have been left feeling smooth and gorgeous. The whole wax only took 30 minutes! If you’re ever looking for a good wax I HIGHLY recommend serenity!
